Casa ao Vento is located in the Eastern Algarve, in the small fishing village of Livramento (Arroteia), in the middle of the Ria Formosa nature reserve.
The nearest airport is in Faro (about 20km)
The next bigger village is Fuzeta, the small towns Tavira and Olhão are about 7km and 9km away.
It is a very quiet area, away from mass tourism.
