The villa is located in the centre of Istria, 2 km from Žminj, where you have everything you need - restaurants, cafes, ATM machines, petrol stations. It is well connected by road with all capitals.
Rovinj is 25 km away, Pazina 22 km, Pula 30 km.
Regardless of the direction you choose in Istria, within half an hour or hour you can visit all the interesting places, water parks, adrenaline parks, small town centres on hills and romantic coastal towns.

Anytime again!
We were 6 people and a dog staying in the villa. A big house with more than enough space for everyone, furnished with a lot of love. A large, fenced property with a big pool, plenty of sun loungers, a gazebo with a rattan sofa and table, a barbecue and a large table for eating outside. The landlords are very lovely people who spoil their guests very discreetly. We felt very comfortable.

It's all perfect.
We stayed at the villa for 1 week. Simply wonderful, you have everything you need. The landlords are super lovely people.
As a welcome gift, there were sweet juices in the fridge. Then we got delicious pancakes. Dragan and his wife came to us once to check on the pool and plants. Otherwise, they only come if you need something. The only not so good point is that this beautiful villa is located on a busy road. (Landlords apologize for that). But we were still super satisfied and it was a wonderful week. We will definitely come back, just because we have grown fond of the landlords. We gladly recommend this villa. Simply top.

Very happy to come back...
We were welcomed in a very friendly way. There were already chilled drinks & pastries / cakes in the fridge. The house has 3 full bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, but the window cannot be opened there. 2 air conditioners in the house provide sufficient cooling on hot days. Kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The well-maintained outdoor area is really nice with enough sun loungers, tables and chairs. The large pool, which is illuminated in the evening, is also very nice. We especially liked the lounge corner with pavilion and the large outdoor fireplace.
The landlords were always available. In between, we were surprised with ice cream, among other things. The landlords behaved very professionally and very discreetly. The property is very secluded, you enjoy privacy. An electric rolling gate separates the property from the "outside world". Shops & petrol stations no more than 1km away. However, the house is located on a (main) road, which is also used by heavy trucks. It gets a bit noisy from time to time. However, we would book again and thank the landlords for a lovely holiday.

Schön gelegenes Haus
Das Haus liegt sehr gut, um ganz Istrien zu erkunden. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Ferien mit dem Hund, da es komplett eingezäunt ist. Der Pool ist ein super Highlight. Die Ausstattung lässt keine wünsche offen. Die beiden Bäder sind optimal , bei einer Nutzung von meheren Personen. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und verwöhnt seine Gäste . Es war ein super schöner Urlaub!!!

Gepäck und kalte Getränke standen bereit.

Einfach toll !!!
Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und mehrere male von den Vermietern Dragan und Karmen mit Leckereien verwöhnt.....alles aber sehr diskret.....absolute Privatsphäre. Das Haus und der grosse Pool sind einfach großartig. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal kommen . Liebe Grüsse aus Essen David und Marion

Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft
Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne +. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in einem tollem Haus mit genau so tollen Vermietern, die uns immer zur Hilfe standen und uns (8Personen ) mehrmals in der Woche mit Leckereien verwöhnt hat???Einfach nur ganz tolle Menschen ???

Sehr gepflegte Villa mit sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir wurden mit kalten Getränken und Gebäck empfangen. Die Villa bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und super gastfreundlich. Bei nur dem kleinsten Anliegen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Der Vermieter ist sehr auf das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste bedacht. Wir wurden mit Eis, Pfannkuchen und einem kroatischen Mittagessen verwöhnt. Der schöne große Pool mit mehreren Liegen und Sonnenschirmen lädt zum entspannen ein. Der großzügige Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. In direkter Nähe ( ca. 1 km entfernt) befindet sich ein großer moderner Lebensmittelmarkt der an sieben Tagen die Woche geöffnet hat . Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir dort einen weiteren Urlaub machen würden. Viele Grüße aus Essen Andrea und Hubert

Exzellent
Es waren 2 tolle, erholsame Wochen. Die Begrüßung durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Sie sind ausgesprochen gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft standen kalte Getränke im Kühlschrank und es gab ein Gebäck. Sie waren super lieb, nett, hilfsbereit und immer für einen da. Sie haben für uns sehr lecker gekocht und uns mit Kuchen und Pfannkuchen versorgt. Auch zum Abschied wurde uns ein Geschenk überreicht.
Das Haus ist absolut klasse und sauber. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben aber irgendwann ist der Urlaub leider vorbei. Alle die dieses Haus buchen und gerne absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre mögen/brauchen, werden nicht enttäuscht sein. Eine sehr ruhige Lage zum Erholen - einfach perfekt. Der dazu gehörige Pool ist einfach nur Spitze. Er wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!“
