The villa is located in the centre of Istria, 2 km from Žminj, where you have everything you need - restaurants, cafes, ATM machines, petrol stations. It is well connected by road with all capitals.
Rovinj is 25 km away, Pazina 22 km, Pula 30 km.

Regardless of the direction you choose in Istria, within half an hour or hour you can visit all the interesting places, water parks, adrenaline parks, small town centres on hills and romantic coastal towns.

Super beautiful house Perfect for a vacation with a dog.

The landlords are super nice people, we were warmly welcomed with fresh drinks. The location of the house is perfect, you can reach Porec, Rovinj, and Pula in half an hour. A pizzeria and a small shop are in the immediate vicinity. The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing, the special thing is the fenced garden, perfect for a holiday with a dog.

Dream vacation

Our first vacation in Croatia . . and we will come back. The accommodation was simply dreamy. The house is equipped with everything that makes the vacation relaxing and pleasant. The kitchen has a gas stove, coffee machine, etc., the rooms are large and very well furnished. Upon arrival, there was a fruit bowl and cold drinks in the refrigerator, and a delicious pack of pastries for snacking. The garden is huge and completely fenced. This was another plus for us as dog owners. The pool invites you to cool off and swim, and there are enough loungers to chill in the sun. We were warmly welcomed and taken care of by Dragan. At this point, a heartfelt thank you to Dragan and also to his wife, who made us the delicious pancakes. We would love to come back. Heike and Peter Schmidt

Very friendly landlords!

We (2 adults and two 19-year-old boys) spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation in the Villa Dream House for two weeks in mid-June with our two Labrador girls. The house is very beautifully furnished and very clean. Nothing was missing. The living room was very spacious, and the bedrooms were well-equipped with very comfortable beds. The internet was also good. There are 2 air conditioners, one in the dining/living area and one in the hallway. For us, it was sufficient, as it was not too hot. The pool was super nice and also large and above all clean. The outdoor area was really great. A paradise for the dogs! Everything was tidy and nicely arranged. There are enough loungers, a Hollywood swing, an outdoor pavilion, a table football, and plenty of space to romp around. The property is located on a busy road, but it didn't bother us at all. The location of the house is super central, just 2 minutes by car to Plodine for shopping. Thus, we were able to get fresh rolls every morning without much time effort. Highly recommended in the village are the pizzeria To Je To and the pastry shop (where there was also delicious ice cream) Erman. The landlords Dragan and Karmen deserve special mention. They are such warm and accommodating hosts. We have never had such nice and welcoming landlords in all our previous vacations in Croatia. We were spoiled with several treats. They were never intrusive but very discreet, always asking if they could bring us something or if he could check the pool. We felt super comfortable and would love to come back!

Anytime again!

We were 6 people and a dog staying in the villa. A big house with more than enough space for everyone, furnished with a lot of love. A large, fenced property with a big pool, plenty of sun loungers, a gazebo with a rattan sofa and table, a barbecue and a large table for eating outside. The landlords are very lovely people who spoil their guests very discreetly. We felt very comfortable.

It's all perfect.

We stayed at the villa for 1 week. Simply wonderful, you have everything you need. The landlords are super lovely people.
As a welcome gift, there were sweet juices in the fridge. Then we got delicious pancakes. Dragan and his wife came to us once to check on the pool and plants. Otherwise, they only come if you need something. The only not so good point is that this beautiful villa is located on a busy road. (Landlords apologize for that). But we were still super satisfied and it was a wonderful week. We will definitely come back, just because we have grown fond of the landlords. We gladly recommend this villa. Simply top.

Very happy to come back...

We were welcomed in a very friendly way. There were already chilled drinks & pastries / cakes in the fridge. The house has 3 full bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, but the window cannot be opened there. 2 air conditioners in the house provide sufficient cooling on hot days. Kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.

The well-maintained outdoor area is really nice with enough sun loungers, tables and chairs. The large pool, which is illuminated in the evening, is also very nice. We especially liked the lounge corner with pavilion and the large outdoor fireplace.
The landlords were always available. In between, we were surprised with ice cream, among other things. The landlords behaved very professionally and very discreetly. The property is very secluded, you enjoy privacy. An electric rolling gate separates the property from the "outside world". Shops & petrol stations no more than 1km away. However, the house is located on a (main) road, which is also used by heavy trucks. It gets a bit noisy from time to time. However, we would book again and thank the landlords for a lovely holiday.

Schön gelegenes Haus

The house is very well located to explore the whole of Istria. The property is ideal for holidays with a dog as it is completely fenced. The pool is a great highlight. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The two bathrooms are optimal for multiple person use. The landlord is very attentive and spoils his guests. Very well-kept villa with a very nice landlord.

We were welcomed with cold drinks and pastries. The villa offers everything you need. The landlord is very accommodating and super hospitable. Any minor concerns were immediately addressed. The landlord is very attentive to the well-being of his guests. We were treated with ice cream, pancakes, and a Croatian lunch. The beautiful large pool with several loungers and umbrellas invites you to relax. The spacious outdoor area is very well maintained. In close proximity (approximately 1 km away) there is a large modern grocery market that is open seven days a week. We enjoyed it so much that we would go on vacation there again. It was 2 great, relaxing weeks. The welcome by the landlords was very warm. They are extremely hospitable and helpful. Upon our arrival, cold drinks were in the fridge and there was pastry. They were super sweet, kind, helpful, and always there for us. They cooked delicious meals for us and provided us with cakes and pancakes. A gift was also presented to us upon departure.
The house is absolutely fantastic and clean. We would have liked to stay longer, but at some point, the vacation unfortunately ends. Those who book this house and like/need absolute peace and privacy will not be disappointed. A very quiet location for relaxation - simply perfect. The accompanying pool is simply amazing. It is regularly cleaned. Thank you for the great vacation!
