Villa Lukrida is a newly built villa near the town of Zminj, but thanks to its location offers a fantastic view of the city, complete privacy and peace.
The villa is located on a large piece of land. Surrounded by meadows and forests. The house has a large pool and a covered terrace with a dining table.
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms. In the common area there is kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa, TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped. At your service: beach chairs, towels, bed linen, wi-fi, air conditioning, parking.

Simply a dream villa
We were here on vacation as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aged 3-11). This is already the 3rd vacation in a row in Croatia with a holiday house and private pool. And what can I say: This house, no I’d rather say this villa, puts all others in the shade. Very modern furnishings, everything very very clean, the pool is a dream (size approx. 32 sqm). The property is very large. The landlords Ines and Dario are very very nice and regularly ask if everything is okay. We are already looking forward to next year, then we will go there again!

Outstanding Stay with an Exceptionally Caring Host
Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – even better in person! But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible kindness and support of our host.
We were traveling with our child, who unfortunately had an accident during our stay. The host went above and beyond to help us – not only did they arrange medical care quickly, but they also stayed in constant contact to make sure everything went smoothly and that our child was recovering well. Their genuine care and prompt assistance meant the world to us, especially in a foreign country where we didn’t know the system or speak the language fluently.
Thanks to their help, we felt safe and supported throughout the entire situation. We couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate or helpful host. It’s rare to find someone who treats their guests with such warmth and personal attention.
We highly recommend this place to anyone – not just for the beautiful accommodation, but for the incredible people behind it. Thank you again for everything!

Great holiday home!
We felt very comfortable in the Villa Lukrida. The furnishings were as described, and the house and property invited us to stay. Dario was a great landlord. He was always reachable for questions or problems. The location of the house is optimal. You can walk to the supermarket or bakery in 10 minutes. We would definitely come back!!

Nice holiday
The landlords are super nice :) always helpful!
The house was handed over in a super clean condition, nothing was missing.
Cleaning supplies, glasses, cutlery, etc. everything available.
The pool and the terrace with a view of the city, very nice.
There is a playhouse and two swings for children. The property is very spacious.
Quiet location, perfect for relaxation.
Definitely a further recommendation!
