An idyllic 3-bedroom villa in the quiet and peaceful Istria village of Krničari.

A large, fully fenced garden is private, spacious and secure. A private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.
The garden is completely yours, with no neighbors overlooking the property. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful and spacious living room, a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are on the first floor, along with two bathrooms and an additional toilet.
