The 67m² 2-room flat with separate kitchen and bathroom is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in Braunlage. The 3 holiday flats inside, which are all privately owned, are partly only used by the owners themselves. It is therefore not a large complex, so that the individual character is preserved.
From the large south-east balcony of the living room you can enjoy the view of the Upper Harz.
A private parking space on the property as well as fast internet / WLAN are available free of charge.
There is a double bed in the bedroom. In addition, there is a double bed integrated into a wardrobe in the living room - consisting of two beds that can be folded out separately.
In the living room, the cosy upholstered suite as well as the light-coloured carpet and the indirect lighting of the cupboards convey a comfortable warmth.
In addition to the rooms mentioned above, the flat also has a bathroom with bathtub and a spacious kitchen, where the corner bench invites you to linger. The kitchen equipment includes a fridge, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

The flat is located in the southern part of Braunlage near the old railway station. The shopping centre with Edeka, Aldi and Penny markets as well as the bus station and petrol station are within 300m.
Hiking trails such as the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and also cycle paths such as the Südharz-Eisenbahn-Radweg as well as the Hasselkopf ski meadow are in the immediate vicinity.
Both the town centre and the spa park are a ten-minute walk away.

A deposit is not required. The full payment must be made at the latest 14 days before the start of the trip (day of arrival) via bank transfer. Cancellation is free of charge until payment is made. After payment, no refunds are possible.

The flat can be occupied flexibly from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure at the latest. Other arrival and departure times are also possible by arrangement and availability.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels and they will not be charged extra.
From € 45.00 per night for an occupancy of up to 4 persons and stays of 7 nights or more.
Short stays of less than 7 nights are possible by arrangement with surcharges.
