Description
The beautiful 2-room flat has a living room with sofa/recamiere (extendable to 140 x 200 cm), armchair and flat screen TV. In addition, there is a large table in the dining area, which invites you to eat together and play exciting games on long evenings.
The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), orthopaedic slatted frames, spacious wardrobe and a small sitting area for the first morning coffee.
The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking on holiday ... including a dishwasher, of course.
In addition, the flat offers free Wi-Fi, a GPS device with hiking maps and numerous books and games.
All rooms of the flat have a very beautiful view of the small mountain "Hasselkopf".
In winter, this mountain invites you to go tobogganing and skiing, and in summer it enchants you with a blooming mountain meadow.

| The town of Braunlage charges a guest fee/curtax, which must be paid directly in cash when the keys are handed over. Persons from 18 years: 2,80 € Persons from 6 to 17 years: 1,55 € Severely disabled persons 70 to 90 %: € 2.05 The prices quoted are per person and night. Children up to the age of 6 and every second and further child in a family up to the age of 18 are exempt from the guest fee. Severely disabled persons 100% are also exempt. The guest contribution is reduced to 70% for persons accompanying severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID, are completely dependent on constant accompaniment. In the period from 01 November to 20 December, the guest fee is reduced by 50%. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before the arrival date.
Unexpected things can always arise – with us you get a full refund up to 7 days before arrival. To receive a full refund of the accommodation costs, you must cancel your booking in writing/by email exactly 7 days before the check-in time. If no check-in time is specified, we assume it's at 3:00 PM. For instance, if your check-in is on a Friday, then you must have cancelled by the check-in time the previous Friday, exactly 7 days prior. For cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 3 days before check-in, you will receive a 70% refund of the booking amount. For cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in or in case of no-show, unfortunately, a refund of the booking amount is not possible.

As part of the guest contribution, local public transport (ÖPNV) in Braunlage can be used free of charge in connection with the introduction of the HATIX! This is an absolute quality gain for tourism in Braunlage and concerns the use of the ski bus to the Wurmberg/Hexenritt (only in winter) as well as the bus lines to Bad Harzburg, Wernigerode, St. Andreasberg, Schierke, etc
The Braunlage bus station is just a four-minute walk away
There are good bus connections from Bad Harzburg or Walkenried.
A car is not absolutely necessary for your journey and stay!

Great contact with the landlord, who also had various tips for excursions or similar. The support was exemplary. Everything is really available. If there was a problem, it was immediately addressed and helped. Thank you very much, anytime again.

Eine Empfehlung
Eine gepflegt und neu eingerichtete Wohnung in ein ruhiger Teil von Braunlage. Günstig gelegen in Bezug auf Geschäfte und Busverbindungen um einen anderen Ort zu besuchen oder woanders wandern zu gehen. Wir waren zu zweit zehn Nächte dort, hatten also den Vorteil, dass wir kein Schlafsofa aufstellen mussten. Ganz wichtig: die Betten im Schlafzimmer sind sehr gut! Wir hatten ein paar Hitzetage, die die Hitze im Haus hinterlassen haben. Da es keine Fliegengitter gab und wir Angst vor Mücken hatten, ließen wir nacht die Fenster nicht offen. Ein Tipp wäre daher: Fliegengitter an einigen Fenstern anzubringen. Es tat uns wirkleich leid, nach zehn Nächten nach Hause gehen zu müssen. Eine Adresse, die wir in Zukunft wahrscheinlich wieder besuchen werden. Also empfehlenswert!
