We invite you to vacation on our finca. Enjoy the unique panoramic view of the sea and mountains from 650 meters high on the sunny west side. Absolutely quiet location surrounded by nature directly at the starting point of the most impressive hikes. The house in the Canarian country style with typical Canarian open roofs made of solid wood is lovingly furnished with antique furniture and offers great comfort. The sun terrace with gazebo and a brick barbecue invites you to relax and cozy hours. Surrounded by a colorful garden, the house is surrounded by our 12,000 m² Biofinca avocado, almond trees, palm trees, beautiful succulent and endemic plants. We live a little further down the hill and you can at all times offer friendly German service. The next place to swim is to reach the picturesque Tazacorte in 20 minutes. Our house is located only about 100 meters from the neighbors and offers on 100 sqm 2 bedrooms, a bright living room with modern kitchen, two bathrooms and hallway. Large picture windows allow uninterrupted views of the sea. The sun terrace with gazebo and a brick barbecue invites you to relax and cozy hours. For the few colder days is well catered for with underfloor heating; who likes to enjoy a crackling fire. Wireless Internet, satellite TV, microwave, telephone and washing machine are naturally present.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on the sunny west side of 650m above sea 8 km from the nearest town Tijarafe. The landscape around the house is dominated by overgrown garden terraces abandoned fincas with almond trees, medlars and a bloom of wild flowers and endemic plants. A discreet vantage point in the caldera and to the port of Tazacorte, Las Cabezadas' is just a few hundred meters from the house - a great place to just let fly to linger and thoughts. From this place have, according to legend the scouts the Guanche Tanausu the Spanish conquerors fleet sees - a stone with petroglyphs can be seen there today. The house is close to the most beautiful hiking tours of the island. On foot you can directly down on the royal head to the port of Tazacorte or on the footpath to Torre del Time with great view in the caldera. A highlight for the discerning hiker is the tour from the highest peak Roque de Los Muchachos to the viewpoint El Time, which you can shorten directly to the house (~ 5 ½ hrs.). The experienced there views and landscapes are unforgettable. You can go shopping right in town (5 minutes); the second capital of the island Los Llanos can be reached in 25 minutes. To the beach with the most sunshine hours of the island Tazacorte, where you will find quaint seafood restaurants, is just 20 minutes (or 1 hour walk on the Royal down the hill).

| the rental price is for two persons for each additional person we charge 10 euros / night. Children under 2 are free. For stays of less than 14 days, we charge a 50 €. |
Cancellation terms:
Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, the agreed rental price is due minus our saved expenses (10%). Thus, 90% of the rental price must be paid. However, we will make every effort to re-rent the holiday home. We explicitly commit to informing the guest who has withdrawn from the contract about any other rentals during the cancelled period and to adjust the due rental price accordingly. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
