Relax in our beautiful holiday flat (45m²), completely refurbished in 2020 and comfortably furnished, which is located only a short distance from the wide sandy beach of Kühlungsborn. The bright, harmoniously furnished living room with large floor-to-ceiling double-door window with French balcony, sofa & armchair and 43" HD Smart-TV is adjacent to the integrated dining area and the open, fully equipped new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and exhaust bonnet. From the living room, you can reach the sunny south-facing balcony with seating furniture for sunbathing and relaxing via the bedroom. We have equipped the bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), a flat screen TV and a wardrobe for your holiday wardrobe. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds. The flat has a bathroom with bathtub and glass partition for showering, WC, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Via the access to the underground car park you can reach the lockable bicycle room in the basement as well as the coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers for your holiday laundry. Our flat on the 1st floor is furnished for rent to up to 4 people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person (1.90 x 1.58 bed surface). For our smallest guests, a travel cot and high chair are available free of charge. On request, your well-behaved, small family dog is also welcome for a small surcharge. One (1) parking space (2.70 m x 5.00 m) in our own underground garage (entrance height 2.00 m) is included. DSL internet via W-Lan is included. Our flat is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT! and is located very close to the beach in Kühlungsborn-Ost. In the immediate vicinity you will find the town centre with Strandstraße, the strolling & promenade with shops, restaurants, cafes, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, shopping facilities and launderette as well as the pier and the marina. Fresh bread rolls for your holiday breakfast can be found in the numerous bakeries within walking distance. There are many opportunities to rent bicycles throughout the village, so you can explore the surroundings on the well-developed network of cycle paths

Beautiful summer vacation!
We spent super lovely, relaxing days in the Baltic Sea dunes and in Kühlungsborn! Kühlungsborn offers everything one could wish for in a vacation.
And the holiday apartment "Baltic Sea Dunes"?

A wonderful vacation
We stayed for 10 days in the holiday apartment "Ostseedüne" and felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment was lovingly furnished with attention to detail and the Andrä family is very friendly. It was a wonderful holiday, and coming "home" after our trips was always great. Thank you very much for a nice time in this beautiful holiday apartment.

Fantastic short break at the Baltic Sea.
The holiday apartment is simply beautiful. It is exactly as described on the internet. Very tastefully furnished, clean and has everything your heart desires. Shopping, restaurants, beach... are within walking distance. The landlords are super nice and always available. Highly recommended :))
