Here you can relax in a bright, comfortable, quiet ground floor non-smoking flat. The holiday flat has a separate entrance and is located in a single-family home development. The flat is equipped with underfloor heating, the floor area is tiled in all rooms.
The pool in the outdoor area of the neighbouring property 7.00m x 3.50m (1.50m deep) can be rented for a fee in consultation.

Free WLAN free - VDSL 100, Magenta TV usable, bed linen, towels, shower bath, soap etc. are included and belong to the VC basic equipment.
If required, 1 underground parking space is available in the street -can be rented. Otherwise parking is possible free of charge in the public area of Brandtstr.

The flat is ideally located: Situated in a quiet side street in Cracau, the nearest tram stop, Simonstraße, is a 5-minute walk away. Within 10 minutes, you can reach the city centre by public transport.
The city park and the Elbe River are only a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Shopping facilities are at the same distance. There is a late-night shop just around the corner.
The flat itself has everything you need: TV, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, blender, etc. - we didn't miss anything.
The bedroom has enough space for 2. The bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower.
All rooms have electric shutters.
Landlady Mrs. Lampe herself was open-minded and very friendly.

I am happy to show my guests the surrounding area, recommend short trips and places of interest. As a real estate agent, I can also introduce you to some of Magdeburg's historic corners. If necessary, there is always a contact person on site. But the guests can use the flat and the garden alone and in peace without us being present all the time.
