Location and surroundings of object
The chalet is located in a small cosy marina with beautiful views of the Pikmeer and the village of Grou. There is also through sailing water from the Pikmeer. From here, you can sail or sail on the Frisian lakes (optional rental of a sloop or sailing boat). Also fun is a visit to the neighbouring villages of the city of Leeuwarden. A fifteen-minute walk will take you to the village of Grou. An atmospheric place with nice waterside restaurants. The centre is also cosy with nice shops and restaurants for young and old. Especially during the warm months, the outdoor cafés here are pleasantly full on the waterfront and in the centre.

Sinds een paar jaar ben ik eigenaresse van Jachthaven De Oerhaal. Samen met mijn grote jeugdliefde en onze drie kinderen wonen wij bij de haven. De haven was niet (meer) in gebruik toen wij het kochten, maar na een flinke opknapbeurt waren de 25 aanwezige seizoenplaatsen snel volgeboekt. Het is een kleine knusse haven, kan ik wel zeggen. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Het dorp Grou, de kerk en het Pikmeer is voor ons dagelijks genieten. En u kunt meegenieten!
