For me, sailing in Friesland was the most important, and that was TOP. Renting a boat from Sloepenhuren Akkrum near the cottage went well, thanks to Frans and his wife, and the evening by the water was nice.

The park is within walking distance of the pleasant village of Akkrum. The park is well-maintained, the cottage was a bit small, but fine for 2 people. We brought the dog, and the fenced garden was ideal.

The accommodation was nicely decorated. By the water for mooring a boat. Unfortunately, the house is directly opposite an electricity mast. Not exactly a pretty view, and the mast makes a constant buzzing noise.
