Good holiday apartment - recommended
We were in this apartment on Texel for the first time and will definitely come back again. The location of the apartment is very good. There are several excursion possibilities. Everything is easily accessible by bike. You can practically conquer the entire island by bike. The beautiful, wide sandy beach is not far away. The nearest village, De Koog, with all the necessary amenities, is within walking distance or by bike. The hotel complex where the apartment is located has sufficient parking space and also offers bicycle rental. The apartment itself is well-maintained and functionally furnished. All items such as dishes, pots, glasses, etc. are provided in sufficient quantity for 4 people and occasional visitors. The apartment is clean. In case of any issues, there is a contact person (who speaks German) on the island. All in all, we had a lovely vacation and will definitely come back.

Definitely recommended.
We have been on vacation on Texel for a while and this year was the first time we stayed in this holiday apartment. For us, it was the nicest accommodation so far. Price/performance ratio is optimal here. The location is very quiet. The hostess is really nice. we could contact her at any time. We will definitely book another stay on Texel with Fam Schellmann.

Family holiday by the sea
Nice and cosy holiday flat. The first floor and attic on the west side of the complex are mainly owned by private owners. It is quiet and the location towards the forest is particularly beautiful. The flat is well equipped and has everything you need. Since the flat is completely tiled, although a dog is allowed, everything is absolutely clean and neat. Also the possibility to use the books in bad weather, The fireplace and the painted pictures with texts assume motives, give a cosy impression. The central location of the apartments as a starting point for many excursions is very good. We took our own bicycles with us and were able to store them safely in the shed belonging to the flat. The German-speaking person in charge of the flat was very friendly and gave us some good tips for the holiday. All in all, a successful holiday. We will be happy to come back.
