Description
The holiday home is located on the owners' property with separate access.
The garage with direct access to the flat can be rented for an extra charge, otherwise it is available free of charge as a storage room for bicycles.
The car parking space is located directly at the building.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with an open floor-level shower.
The staircase leads to the attic, which is completely open. There is an open kitchen / living and sleeping area of approx. 50 sqm. In the kitchen area there is a modern fitted kitchen. In the living area you can relax on a comfortable corner sofa. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and a wardrobe (extra bed for a child is possible). Thanks to the movable wall mount, you can enjoy the TV programme comfortably from the bed or the sofa.
Outside, there is a covered terrace and an opaque green area with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Feeling good from the first moment - TOP HOLIDAY BUNGALOW!
The small holiday bungalow is very well laid out and offers enough space to feel comfortable as a family. The value for money is more than good. We spent a week on holiday with our dog at the Klemm family's place and were looked after superbly. The fenced property is great if you want to spend quiet days relaxing with your furry friend. The short distance to the lake also encourages you to make a spontaneous boat trip. For us, the stand-up paddle boards were especially attractive, as we often explored the beautiful lake together in the evening. The holiday home is generally well located, so you can reach nearby sights in no time. In addition to the great surroundings, the holiday home scored with noticeable cleanliness and very good overall equipment, so you really didn't miss anything. We will keep our time here in very good memory and would love to come back.
P. S.: The Klemm family was so kind to send the dog bowl we unfortunately forgot on the day of departure at their own expense. Thank you very much for that and THUMBS UP for so much hospitality!

Super relaxing vacation
We have just returned from our one-week vacation - and very refreshed! If you are looking for peace and relaxation, Wanzka and especially the holiday home Bella are the perfect choice. From the very nice landlord to the fantastic facilities - it was truly perfect. Everything was very clean and really nothing was missing. Great compliments to the Klemm family for furnishing the holiday home so beautifully and high-quality. We felt very comfortable from the very first minute!

Great accommodation and super nice landlord.
We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was clean and the landlord very friendly. A great quiet area, really super relaxing and perfect for unwinding. We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Holiday for repeat offenders
We will definitely book this accommodation again, there is so much to see, Neustrelitz, Neubrandenburg, Friedland, the Tollensesee, etc., the contact with the landlord was very good.
