Description
The holiday home is located on the owners' property with separate access.
The garage with direct access to the flat can be rented for an extra charge, otherwise it is available free of charge as a storage room for bicycles.
The car parking space is located directly at the building.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with an open floor-level shower.
The staircase leads to the attic, which is completely open. There is an open kitchen / living and sleeping area of approx. 50 sqm. In the kitchen area there is a modern fitted kitchen. In the living area you can relax on a comfortable corner sofa. In the sleeping area there is a double bed and a wardrobe (extra bed for a child is possible). Thanks to the movable wall mount, you can enjoy the TV programme comfortably from the bed or the sofa.
Outside, there is a covered terrace and an opaque green area with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers.

Urlaub für Wiederholungstäter
Wir werden auf alle Fälle diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, es gibt soviel zu besichtigen, Neustrelitz, Neubrandenburg, Friedland,der Tollensesee etc., der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut.

Fantastic
We were here for four days in May and we will come back. This little vacation house is a dream. It is quietly located and equipped with everything you need, nothing is missing... Also for four-legged friends, the cottage is a paradise. Our Labrador felt very comfortable and we didn't have to worry because everything is fenced. The landlord welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt at home.
After a few meters, you are at the lake with a small swimming area and a rowboat.
We will definitely book again.

Really beautiful cottage
We had rented the house + outhouse for 3 nights.
It really is a sweet and beautiful property and cottage. There is also plenty of space as the accommodation is great.
The landlord is also very nice and we would have loved to stay longer.
