Welcome to our modernised holiday home Swölke, located in the Feldberger Seenplatte, Mecklenburg Lake District. Our cosy holiday home offers space for up to 4 guests, with a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child.
The house has a spacious living room with dining area. There is a cosy sofa bed for max. 2 children or one adult. A seating area by the wood-burning stove ensures cosy hours by the fire. Of course, a television, stereo system with radio and board games are available.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fridge with double freezer compartment for the children's ice cream. The bedroom is cosily furnished with wooden furniture, wardrobe and double bed, as well as a reading lamp by the bed. Here you also have a view of the garden. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and underfloor heating, as well as a window.
The garden area is specially designed with several places to relax and sunbathe. Firstly, the large covered breakfast terrace awaits you, where you can enjoy your coffee in the sun in the morning. At lunchtime, the sun loungers are at your disposal and those who like to keep moving can use the terrace swing with a view of the garden. You can end the day in a cosy atmosphere at the specially designed barbecue area with barbecue stand and wooden benches.
Our Swölke holiday home is not only suitable for short stays, but also for long-term rentals. It is the perfect place to retreat and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature, as there is no road traffic passing the property.
Our property is fully fenced so that you can let your children or dog play in the garden with peace of mind and is also far away from a road (approx. 60 metres) so that neither you nor your family have any stress. The property is south-facing, so the sun shines over the sunbathing lawn.
Ideal for anglers, children, holidays with a dog or those seeking peace and quiet. The lake is only a 4-minute walk away and there are other beautiful bathing lakes in the surrounding area - lots of water and greenery - ideal for a great holiday.

There are several lakes in the immediate vicinity, e.g. Rödliner See (sunbathing lawn, children's bathing area, with jetty), Wanzkaer See (sunbathing lawn, children's bathing area, with jetty), Waldsee Thurow (sandy beach with jetty), Grünower See, Blankenseer See and Thurower See. In our village there is a lovely playground with children's play equipment, a football pitch and a basketball hoop. There is also a volleyball court in Blankensee.
The Feldberg Lake District in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania - the name says it all. Lonely paths, many clear lakes and old forests speak for pure relaxation.
