Description
The house offers place for 4 persons and a four-legged friend.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new electrical appliances:
Stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, espresso capsule machine, toaster.
Living room, bath and WC are at ground level. The two bedrooms can be reached via a narrow staircase on the upper floor. One bedroom with double bed and one with two single beds. In the ground floor living room there is a sleeping coach for 2 persons. In the living room there is a television and radio with satellite reception and many German stations.
The beautiful garden offers a lot of privacy and invites you to relax and sunbathe. There is sunshine on the terrace from morning to noon. From midday until late evening you can enjoy the sun on a second terrace by the summer house. The property is fenced in.
For cooler days in autumn or spring there is a gas central heating and a wood-burning stove.
The park offers a nice playground for children.
In the nearby park Port Greve you can visit the swimming pool with water slide etc. The pretty village of Brouwershaven (2km away) invites you to stroll and have a meal.
The house is a non-smoking house and ideal for families with 2 children from 6 years. Dogs are welcome. Rentals to groups from 25 years of age.

The Grevelingenmeer is only a stone's throw away. Within walking distance there is a small beach with a separate bathing area. The Grevelingenmeer is an eldorado for water sports enthusiasts:
Dive: Diving jetty at 300 meters from the house
Sailing and windsurfing, SUP: at the Brouwersdam (10 minutes by car) boats, surfboards and SUPs can be rented.
The North Sea beach at Scharendijke can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Cozy holiday cottage in beautiful park
The house is very cozy and clean. The living and dining area is nicely furnished, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Both bedrooms are very nice, although only accessible through a steep staircase. The bathroom is nice, although very small. The garden is secluded, large, and completely fenced. The park itself is quiet and well-maintained.
The Grevelingenmeer is right next door. The proper North Sea is easily accessible in just a few kilometers.
The landlord is extremely helpful and always available.

It is a very nice little house in a well-kept park. The garden is secluded and completely fenced. Everything you need is available. The bathroom is modern with sufficient storage space, but very small. The space-saving staircase takes some getting used to. Booking, check-in, and communication with the landlord were smooth. The Grevelingen Sea is just a stone's throw away, but there is no beach there, only a jetty with access for swimming or diving. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back.

Cozy house to feel at home.
The house is very cozy and attractively furnished and also very clean. Beautiful living-dining area, well-equipped kitchen, and extremely cozy bedrooms. In addition, a beautiful and large garden. The park itself is pleasantly quiet and well-maintained. The Grevelingen Sea is a stone's throw away, and the "real" North Sea is also easily accessible in just a few kilometers. The landlord is extremely helpful and always available. We will be happy to return when the opportunity arises.

Urlaub in Renesse
