The holiday flat Müritz-Urlaub auf der Terrasse near Waren (Müritz) is located on the quietly situated property of the landlord. Via three steps at the entrance you enter the otherwise ground-level flat, which is more of a house half. The holiday accommodation consists of a living room with couch and dining table, a kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room with toilet and two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed as well as a 2-door or 3-door wardrobe. The internet is accessible via wifi only in the living room and from the covered terrace.
Room layout - all rooms are on the ground floor on one level -:

Directly in front of the flat you can sit on the covered terrace. In front of the accommodation there is enough peace and space to relax or play on the lawn. Your car is parked on the enclosed property, and there is a covered storage area for your bicycles
The holiday home is located on a large enclosed plot together with 2 other detached houses. Each has its own area.
Please note: If you would like to sleep separately - i.e. you are coming as a couple and would like 2 bedrooms - then please mention it under remarks. Otherwise the second bedroom would not be accessible.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the centre of Grabowhöfe, an elongated community whose surroundings are characterised by a quiet rural setting. Children will enjoy the Müritz Animal Adventure Park in the village (350m). By bike you will soon be in the extensive forests of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide, as well as at the first bathing lake. In Damerow, the bisons await your visit. If you are a horse lover, you will surely visit the riding stable in Sommerstorf, 4 km away. You can do your shopping by car in a few minutes in Waren (Müritz)( km).
Waren (Müritz) is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The sports boat and yacht harbour is the tourist centre of the Müritz town of Waren. There is only a good 300m between the marina and the old town hall on the Neuer Markt. A variety of beer halls, restaurants and cafés await you in the historic old town. You can start your boat trip across the Müritz from the sports boat and marina or from the Steinmole. You can rent a wide variety of boats in Waren (Müritz). You will find several bicycle rental shops, especially in the old town. The youngest are sure to be interested in the lido with slide on the Müritz as well as the Müritz climbing forest. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest.
