The holiday home is located on the quietly situated property of the landlord. At the entrance of the house, you are greeted by a large hallway with a wardrobe. All the other rooms lead off from this central hallway. All rooms are at ground level, only the living room with the armchairs, the sofa and the flat screen TV has a small staircase with 5 steps. There is a dining table in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric cooker and ceramic hob. In the bathroom, you will find a ground-level shower, a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet
In the bedroom with the double bed there is a 3-door wardrobe, in the other bedroom a 2-door wardrobe. There is pleasant underfloor heating in both the kitchen and the bathroom

The holiday accommodation is a large semi-detached house and is located on a spacious enclosed plot together with 2 other detached houses. Each has its own area.
Please note: If you would like to sleep separately - i.e. you are coming as a couple and would like 2 bedrooms - then please mention this under comments. Otherwise the second bedroom is not accessible.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located near the centre of Grabowhöfe, an elongated community in a quiet rural setting. Children will enjoy the Müritz Animal Adventure Park in the village (350m). By bike you will soon be in the extensive forests of the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide or at the first bathing lake. In Damerow you will pay a visit to the wisents or take a bike ride to the monkey forest. If you are a horse lover, you will surely visit the riding stable in Sommerstorf, 4 km away. You can do your shopping by car in a few minutes in Waren (Müritz)( km).
The Müritz town of Waren is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The town harbour is the tourist centre of Waren (Müritz). Only a good 300m lie between the marina and the Old Town Hall on the Neuer Markt. You will find a large number of beer pubs, restaurants and cafés in the old town. You can start your boat trip across the Müritz from the town harbour or the Steinmole. You can rent a wide variety of boats in the Müritz town of Waren. You will find several bicycle rental shops, especially in the historic old town. The youngest are sure to be interested in the lido with slide on the Müritz as well as the Müritz Climbing Forest. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest.
