The holiday home with terraces and garden in Waren (Müritz) is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, the central room is the spacious kitchen with the dining table and the fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher.
From the kitchen you reach the bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the first double bedroom. The comfortable height of the box spring bed makes it easy for you to get in and out of bed. A 4-door wardrobe with mirrored doors is also in the bedroom.
From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the upper bedroom, where there is a double bed, a single bed and a 3-door wardrobe. From there, a balcony door leads to the roof terrace. In the living room there is a sofa bed, so that you have a total of three separate bedrooms, each with a TV.

From the friendly furnished living room with flat screen TV, you can step directly onto the terrace in the garden, where both a large play and sunbathing area and cosy barbecue evenings await you. There are two free car parking spaces directly at the house. You can park your bicycles on the terrace on the enclosed property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a quiet suburban area in the Müritz town of Waren. Supermarket and bakery are nearby - only 850m away. Waren (Müritz) is located on the northern shore of the Müritz - the largest inland lake in Germany. The sports boat and yacht harbour is the tourist centre of the spa town of Waren (Müritz). Only a few metres lie between the town harbour and the Old Town Hall on the Neuer Markt. You can stop off at one of the many beer halls, restaurants and cafés in the historic old town
You can start your boat trip across the Müritz from the marina or the Steinmole. You can rent a wide variety of boats in Waren (Müritz). You will find several bicycle rental shops, especially in the old town. The youngest are certainly interested in the lido with slide on the Müritz as well as the Müritz-Kletterwald (climbing forest). Both can be reached by bike in less than 5 minutes. The MÜRITZEUM is recommended for every guest. The Müritz National Park begins right on the outskirts of town. It is the largest forest national park in Germany and - like the entire lake- and forest-rich area around Waren an der Müritz - a worthwhile destination for many nature lovers, cyclists and hikers ...
