Located in the centre of Istria, halfway between Pazin and Zminj, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the entire peninsula.
This 3 bedroom house is located on a spacious, fenced plot of 1800 m2.
There is a swimming pool, deckchairs, barbecue, terrace with table and a children's playground.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large television. The kitchen and dining room have everything you need for a comfortable stay and the bedrooms are carefully decorated.
The house is completely air-conditioned - air conditioning is available in every bedroom and in the living room. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Your pets are welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in central Istria in the village of Zabrezani. The village is situated between Zminj and Pazin, where you will find everything you need for a nice holiday.
Supermarkets, ATMs, petrol stations and restaurants are located within a radius of 10 km around the villa.
The motorway is 5 km away and Pula airport is 45 km away.
The beaches of Rovinj, Vrsar and Porec can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

Great house with beautiful pool
We spent two weeks in this beautiful house. Especially the swimming pool was very popular with the children. The house is really as beautiful as in the pictures! Lots of space around the house, all rooms are air-conditioned. The owners are very nice and always ready to help.
recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday
