Our rental apartment Vila STAVICA is very spacious - 173 m2 - and for 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
In one large space there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this space you can go outside into a spacious pool and a large garden of about 3000 m2.
The pool is large enough - 10 x 5 meters - about 50 m².
In the garden you can play grass games, table tennis, etc.
In front of the house there is parking for 4 cars.
The house is equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
The nature around is beautiful, good for hiking, jogging or cycling routes.

Very nice and modern furnished holiday home in a quiet environment. The huge pool and the large garden are great for two families. The landlords are very nice and offer good service. They were always available and reacted quickly when needed. All important rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The town of Zminj is very centrally located on the Istrian peninsula, so you can reach many sights/cities after a short drive. Would come back anytime! Greetings to Ivica and his family.

Perfect summer vacation
We spent two weeks there with four adults and two children, the house is nice and big, we didn't trip over each other.
Everything we needed was in the house, like bed linen, towels, washing machine.
The pool is nice and big, and each room has its own air conditioning, just great.
The location was also very good, quick by car to wherever you wanted to go.
This is our second time in Croatia and we will come back next year.
The communication went smoothly. Can only recommend more than anything, in every way.
Looking forward to next year.
