Our rental apartment Vila STAVICA is very spacious - 173 m2 - and for 8 people.
There are 3 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet.
In one large space there is a kitchen, dining room and living room. From this space you can go outside into a spacious pool and a large garden of about 3000 m2.
The pool is large enough - 10 x 5 meters - about 50 m².
In the garden you can play grass games, table tennis, etc.
In front of the house there is parking for 4 cars.
The house is equipped with everything you need for your vacation.
The nature around is beautiful, good for hiking, jogging or cycling routes.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Umgebung. Der riesige Pool und der große Garten sind super für zwei Familien. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bieten einen guten Service. Waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben bei Bedarf schnell reagiert. Alle wichtigen Räume sind mit je einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Ort Zminj ist sehr zentral auf der Halbinsel Istrien gelegen, so erreicht man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten/ Städte nach kurzer Autofahrt.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Perfekter Sommerurlaub
Wir waren zwei Wochen mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei kindern da, das Haus ist schön groß, man lief auch nicht über die Füße.
Im Haus war alles da was man benötigt, wie Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine....
Der Pool ist schön groß und im jedem Zimmer hat man eigenes Klimaanlage, einfach top.
Die Lage war auch sehr gut, schnell mit dem Auto, wo man auch hin wollte.
Wir sind das zweite Mal in Kroatien und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.
Die Kommunikation hat reibungslos geklappt.
Kann man mehr als empfehlen, in jeder Hinsicht.
Freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr.
