The apartment Casa Olmena offers the guest a relaxed and comfortable living directly at the canal, with the possibility to put a boat up to 6m length directly in front of the own garden.
The 65 m2 apartment has 2 spacious double bedrooms, a living/dining room with adjoining open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. In the living room there is a flat screen satellite TV and also air conditioning.
Furthermore, a terrace and a small garden are at the guest's disposal. From here you have a wonderful view of the canal and you also have the possibility to moor your own boat here (up to 6m length).
Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
There is also a washing machine for the guests.
Casa Olmena is characterized by its good and quiet location, as well as the good equipment.

The granny flat Olmena is located in the centre of Empuriabrava, in a quiet residential area directly on the canal.
Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are within a radius of 800 m.
For water rats the main beach of Empuriabrava is available, it is located about 1 km away from the apartment.
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with about 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the town its typical character.
One finds beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sports activities.
The approx. 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and relax. Relaxation and fun for young and old are preprogrammed here.
In Empuriabrava you will also find a sports airport where you can try out parachuting and paragliding.
The wind tunnel invites to indoor flying. An unforgettable experience for everyone. There is also an artificial surf piste - fun for young and old!
The village is the starting point for many sporting activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini-golf, motorcycle and car tours
Children enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can make a canal tour with electric boats (renting without a boat license) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.
