This flat is only rented to fitters, professional travellers, pupils and students (not to holidaymakers).
You will feel at home in this modern and bright flat. On 53 m², up to 3 people will find enough space for a relaxing stay. The large living room invites to a cosy get-together. The kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has 2 bedrooms. In the 1st bedroom there are 2 single beds, in the 2nd bedroom a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 m wide). The modern shower room is very spacious. For your entertainment there is satellite TV, free W-LAN, radio and board games. The flat is located in the basement and allows for cooler living in summer. In front of the house there is a south-facing terrace where you can barbecue, relax or enjoy your time. You can park your car directly in front of the house and safely store your bicycles in the shed.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village on Schwerin Lake. The guests who come here feel very much at home. The village lies on the edge of the Döpe nature reserve. In Hohen Viecheln you can walk to the fisherman with fish sale and snack bar, restaurant, playground, boat rental, bathing beach with large sunbathing lawn and bus stop. Well-maintained cycling and hiking paths lead through the village. In the nearest town of Bad Kleinen (approx. 3 km) you will find everything you need for your daily needs: supermarkets, shops, tourist information, bicycle rental, pharmacy, doctors, restaurant, guarded beach, etc.
Leisure and excursions
As the third largest inland lake in Germany, Lake Schwerin offers you a wide range of possibilities on land and on water. Thanks to its central location between the state capital Schwerin (20 km) and the Hanseatic city of Wismar (15 km), you are within easy reach of countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular excursion destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the zoo and Schwerin Castle, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar and the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen and Wohlenberger Wiek.

Urlaub im Sept
We were very warmly welcomed by the nice landlords. The apartment is tip-top and has everything you need. It is well suited as a starting point for visits to Wismar, Schwerin, and the Baltic Sea. The Schwerin Lake near Hohen Viecheln is an idyllic place.

Arrive and feel comfortable
We felt very comfortable right away, very loving landlords and were welcomed very friendly. It is located in a very quiet area, you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The location is perfect for great bike tours and only a few minutes to the lake but also to all the sights of the region. The holiday apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

Very good, 5 stars for all areas.
The vacation apartment is lovingly and modernly equipped with everything you need. Very quiet location and yet central to all the region's attractions. Very nice landlords who take very good care of their guests. We felt very comfortable here and highly recommend this vacation apartment. We were warmly welcomed and it felt like we were part of the family. It was a very relaxing vacation.
