The apartment was not suitable for 8 people as described; in reality, it is probably more intended for 2 adults and four children. The entire hotel apparently is no longer being cleaned; one gets the impression it is left to run itself. Even after multiple complaints about the catastrophic cleanliness condition at the reception and after a meeting with the hotel manager, the request for cleaning our hotel room was not fulfilled. We will certainly never come back!!!

Everything was fine so far. However, the apartment was never 90 sqm large, as stated during the booking. We were 8 people and it was very cramped and dark; our view was out the back, not particularly nice. In the photos on the internet during the booking, it looked much bigger, brighter, and simply nicer.

We were warmly welcomed and the apartment was great! The staff was available for questions at any time and was consistently friendly, whether early in the morning or late in the evening. The pool area was clean and the kids made extensive use of it! This was our second time there and we would gladly come back!
