The holiday home was built in 1985 and is located in Heiterwang at 1050 m above sea level with a beautiful view over the village and the mountains of the Tyrolean Zugspitze area and the Wetterstein mountains with the Zugspitze massif.
The house is a wooden house in natural and rustic style.
The cross-country ski trail leads directly past the house.
The distance to the skiing area Bichlbach/Berwang is
the distance to the skiing area Grubigstein in Lermoos is 9km and to the Zugspitzbahn in Ehrwald 12km.

Location and surroundings of object

Heiterwang located in the Tyrolean Zugspitze region just a few minutes away from Reutte Lermoos and the Fernpaßstraße. Since October 2010, the new Umgehungssraße local road, that has failed to regain his calm again. Heiterwang has take the Heiterwanger See also an attractive option for recreational fishing, and boat in the summer for swimming. The tennis courts are about 500m from the house.
