Description
he house combines the qualities of a quiet retreat with a fantastic panoramic view from the terrace. The view goes over the village and the landscape to the sea. There is sun all day, or shade under the large parasol.
The two bedrooms comfortably accommodate four residents, but the house is also very suitable for couples.
In the living/dining room with its up to 4 meter high ceiling and in the rooms it remains pleasant even in summer, the thick stone walls store the coolness of the night. If it is too hot on the terrace in summer or it rains once, you will find a comfortable place on the sofa or around the big table in the living room or in the upstairs room.
The kitchen is newly furnished. It may not be very large, but it does offer space and comfortable equipment for preparing one or the other delicious meal from local produce or tomatoes from the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The idyllic village of Torderes is surrounded by vineyards and cork oak forests. It is 27 km from the Mediterranean Sea, 20 km from Perpignan and 20 km from the Spanish border.
From Tordères, one looks over the plain to the sea. The village is the start of the Pyrenean foothills with a view of the Canigou. Tordères is an ideal starting point for a wide range of activities: bathing on sandy and rocky beaches, walks and hikes in nature, excursions into the hinterland, history and culture.
Tordères is situated away from through traffic and mass tourism. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it in Tordères.

Top accommodation
We really enjoyed our vacation in Torderes. The accommodation was spotless, the kitchen very well equipped, so we cooked for ourselves more often, the markets in the area invite you to do so. On the terrace, which is unusually located at the top of the house, we were able to eat wonderfully with a nice view of the surroundings. Those who like peace but still enjoy excursions, not to forget the wonderful sea, are exactly right here. We felt very comfortable. We would love to come back.

It was beautiful!
We were in Torderes in May, and we really enjoyed our time. The house is cozy and the terrace is really great; you can sit nicely here and have a wonderful view over the roofs of the small village and all the way to the sea. Florian welcomed us very kindly and gave us good tips (Really great: the bistro in Llauro, Paulilles, St. Martin du Canigou, and the coastal hiking trail).
Dear Florian, thank you very much for the good time! And for the lovely evening on the terrace, the wine, and the stories you told us about the village and the houses. We lacked nothing, everything was clean and just as it should be. Keep it up!

Geweldig verblijf
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf bij Florian gehad. We zaten in le terras. Een mooi kneus huis met een heerlijk dakterras. Alles was schoon en opgeruimd! En keurig verzorgd. De omgeving in prachtig en van de mooiste van Frankrijk. Zee bergen alles in dichtbij! Wij komen zeker terug!

La Terrasse
It is a great holiday home! Everything you need is there. It is located in a small French village. By car, you are on the beach or in the mountains in no time. Florian is a great host. I definitely recommend it!

A beautiful stay
I had a very pleasant stay in the charming house of "La Terrasse."
This stone house, typical of the old villages of Pyrénées Orientales, was perfectly equipped and well located for hiking and discovering the surroundings.
Finally, Florian is an exceptionally kind and pleasant host to meet.
