Only 150 m from paradise beach, quietly in an idyllic ambience, a Mediterranean garden, Pension-Katica awaits you.
In our comfortable, top-maintained holiday apartments for 2-3 persons, with a wonderful sea view, you will feel completely full. All apartments have a spacious bedroom with sofa, bathroom with towels, bath towels and hairdryer and a kitchen-living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, electric Living room has a couch with fold-out function, satellite TV and access to the balcony loggia with beautiful sunsets. The apartments have air conditioning and WLAN (free of charge). Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.

Pension Katica is situated in a central, but quiet location, only three minutes through the park to the paradise beach and town centre, perfect especially for families with children. Our large Mediterranean garden and the rich BIO garden ... - A paradise for your relaxation and relaxing holiday. Excellent restaurants, pizzerias, cafes and shops are also close by. The beach is long and the sea offers various sports activities: diving school, mini golf, tennis, jet-ski, parasailing, water slide, pedal boats, race-a-boat and more. Sandy beaches, nudist beaches but also typical rocky beaches are within walking distance. The pension is also a perfect starting point for hikers and sportsmen. It is located in the immediate vicinity of great hiking trail that leads around Lopar.

Beautiful and family-friendly accommodation
Very nice and clean accommodation, room with air conditioning and everything you need.
The landlords are nice and helpful.
The location is great, the paradise beach is reachable on foot in 5 minutes. There are shopping options and plenty of restaurants. There is also a bakery nearby.
We felt completely comfortable.

Have a nice holiday!
"We were guests for the second time and felt at home right from the start. It was like coming home. The flat was super clean, a small welcome was ready and the warm welcome by the host, what more could you wish for? Very good location and very nice landlords
It was a wonderful holiday, with a beautiful beach. There are many activities to do on the beach. There are many restaurants to choose from and also many play options for the children in the evenings. Especially for families with children who can spend a very nice holiday in peace. The landlords are very nice and very helpful. The flats are very clean and comfortably furnished. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kind hospitality.

A very nice, friendly and familiar house, where you can feel at home, thank you very much for the nice times.
My wife and I have been to Rab for the 6th time in a row,the last time in September 2020.there is a reason why we feel so comfortable in Lopar with Katica and Boris.first and foremost their friendliness and human closeness,as well as their helpfulness in all matters.The clean and well kept rooms,well equipped with toilet,shower,kitchen,balcony or terrace in a good location(also sea view)free wifi and german tv,leave nothing to be desired.no noise,close to the beach,good shopping facilities and excellent restaurants nearby,what more could you want.There are many leisure activities that can be practiced excellently, such as diving, fishing, surfing, standup paddling and cycling. Those who like hiking can explore the island and will always discover something new. Of course, wonderful sandy beaches invite you to swim and sunbathe.A visit to the town of Rab with your own car or by bus is always worthwhile, it invites you to stroll and shop.Katica and Boris welcome families with children as well as seniors and romantic couples in love.Above all, however, the warmth of Katica and Boris, you can say, you experience something like family connection.
Arrive and feel at home, just great!
We will definitely go to Katica and Boris again this year, if Corona allows it, and feel comfortable.
