Description
The Ankerhuus impresses with its location and special architecture. Quietly situated, on the edge of Carolinensiel and yet central. In a few minutes' walk you can quickly reach the centre with shopping facilities, many restaurants and the historic harbour. The supermarket is just around the corner. The holiday home stands out from the houses to the right and left not only because of the façade, which is clad in wood with great attention to detail, but also because of the interior design. On the upper floor is the modern and very comfortable living/dining area with loggia and a bathroom. From the spacious loggia (south side) you have a wonderful unobstructed view over the fields of Carolinensiel. The outdoor seating area is protected by a large roof overhang and equipped with radiant heaters. So there is nothing to be said against long evenings outdoors on the balcony. The modern kitchen is generously integrated into the living and dining area and is equipped to a high standard. There are also several flat-screen TVs, a Bose music system and free Wi-Fi. The internet and the TVs are Netflix compatible.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with access to the terrace, another bedroom with a custom-made bunk bed (90 x 200) and a bed (140 x 200 cm), so there is enough space for 2 to 5 people + toddler A small garden with terrace is lovingly landscaped and offers space for garden loungers and a small cosy sitting area. The comfortable bathroom on the ground floor has a large barrier-free shower with a rain shower, a large furniture washbasin and sufficient storage space

The Ankerhuus is quietly situated, but centrally located. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the centre of Carolinensiel with its historic harbour, many restaurants and various shopping facilities. The nearby supermarket is only a few minutes' walk away. The ClinerQuelle, the National Park House and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site are within walking distance. The picturesque seaside resorts, the offshore islands on the North Sea coast or the small towns like Wittmund, Esens and Jever invite you to stroll around.

| The town of Wittmund charges a guest fee for the Carolinensiel-Harlesiel area throughout the year. In the period from 15.03. - 31.10. it amounts to € 2.50 per person/day for adults from 16 years and € 1.25 per person/day for children from 4-15 years. In the period from 01.11. - 14.03. for adults from 16 years 1,25 € per person/day and children from 4-15 are exempt from the guest fee in this period. Payment is made via the rental contract. There are three flat-screen TVs, a Bose music system and free Wi-Fi. The internet and the TVs are Netflix compatible. The open kitchen is equipped to a high standard with an egg boiler, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please bring your own capsules) and much more. The Ankerhuus has underfloor heating, electric fireplace and there is a washer-dryer available, barbecue fun with a Weber table grill (electric) and a handcart is available. The terrace has two radiant heaters with coin slot. The parking space is directly in front of the door. The Ankerhuus has a lockable storage room for bicycles etc. A high chair and a handcart are available for our younger guests.
Our own linen, consisting of bed linen, a bath towel 100 x 150 cm and two towels, can be provided on request. You can book the linen package for € 22 per person.

Arriving and feeling comfortable
We spent 5 relaxing days in this really beautiful and clean holiday home. Nothing was missing! Especially noteworthy are the two very tasteful and practical bathrooms. Highly recommended all around!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnng
Wir verbrachten unseren diesjährigen Pfingsturlaub im Ankerhuus und waren einfach nur begeistert.
Ein wunderschönes Haus mit super Möglichkeiten für Freizeitaktivitäten .
Die Vermieter (Familie Wenker) sind auch einfach nur top!!!
Bekannte hatten zum gleichen Zeitraum das Nachbarhaus gemietet und bekamen auf Grund von Corona zwei Wochen vorher eine Stornierung!!
Familie Wenker hat uns bis zum Schluss das Haus freigehalten und wir durften dann laut Regierung auch fahren.
Vielen lieben Dank nochmals dafür. 5 Sterne!!!!

Perfekt ausgestattete, moderne und sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung in schöner, ruhiger Lage
Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung von Beginn an sehr wohl und vor allem als Gäste sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die wirklich sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Fernseher (auch in den Schlafzimmern), moderne Soundanlage, komplett eingerichtete, offene Küche mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, großer Elektrogrill, kleiner Elektrokamin, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, viel Stauraum, ein paar Spiele für Kinder, gemütliches Sofa, großer Esstisch, freundliche, helle und moderne Einrichtung mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail, die sehr gut zur Nordsee passt.
Die beiden Badezimmer ermöglichen es, die Wohnung auch problemlos mit mehreren Leuten zu nutzen.
Die zusätzlich zur ebenerdigen Terrasse verfügt die Wohnung noch über einen Balkon, auf dem man überdacht und sehr gemütlich sitzen und den schönen Ausblick auf die weiten, ruhigen Wiesen und Felder genießen kann.
Ein gut ausgestatteter Supermarkt ist praktisch direkt um die Ecke.
Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis buchbar.
Es wird sogar ein Brötchenservice angeboten, der einem das Frühstück direkt bis an die Haustür bringt.
