Description
New holiday home - semi-detached house, 75 sqm, modern furnishings. On the lower floor there are the bathroom and the bedrooms, from the bedrooms you can directly access the small lawn, on the first floor there is an open dining and living area with kitchen and direct access to the large roof terrace, which has been equipped with new terrace furniture.
The house is equipped to a high standard and has SAT TV, DVD player, portable CD player, W-LAN, washing machine and dishwasher, baby cot and high chair. Bicycles can be locked in the annex
All rooms are equipped with modern underfloor heating.

centrally located in Carolinensiel, only 7 minutes walk to the museum harbour and approx. 25 minutes walk to the sea, the house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, shopping facilities: a large Edeka supermarket with bakery is 200 metres away.

Visitor's tax according to the decree of the Kurverwaltung Wittmund, the visitor's tax and visitor's cards are administered by the landlord Cancellation conditions as described in the rental contract. During the summer holidays, we usually only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday - exceptions by arrangement. |

Everything is great; gladly again :-).
My wife and I spent 14 days in this beautiful semi-detached house.
It is spatially well divided and offers enough space for a family with 2 (small) children.
A bicycle shed is also included, as well as a parking space for a car.
The location is great; 3 minutes walking distance to the large Edeka supermarket.
Everything went smoothly with the landlord. We would love to come back :-).

Very nice house
We stayed for a week in this beautiful house. The location is very nice and quiet. Shopping is just around the corner. The centre of the village is about 10 minutes away on foot. The furnishings are great and there is nothing missing. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlord went smoothly. We will be happy to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus
Wir waren eine Woche in Carolinensiel und in diesem Haus.
Das Haus ist sehr schön,auch sehr gut ausgestattet mit WLAN, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Parkplatz, Terrasse...wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Einkaufen kann man im nahegelegenen Edeka inkl.Bäcker . Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß knapp 3 km...eine Tageskarte am Strand zum parken kostet 4,50€....

Jahreswechsel im Haus Maike
Wetter gut, Wohnung gut, alles gut. Das Haus ist funktionell und gemütlich eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Besonders hat uns die Ruhe im Haus gefallen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und komplikationslos.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist für einen Radfahrurlaub bestens geeignet.
Toll ist das die Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer in der unteren Etage liegen, somit hat man die Kofferschlepperei nach oben nicht. Küche Balkon und Wohnzimmer liegen im 1. Stock und man hat eine schöne weite Sicht.

Einfach nur Gut!
Wir waren nun das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und sie hat einmal mehr dazu beigetragen, dass unser Caro-Urlaub sehr schön war. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber
Kurz entschlossen haben wir ein Wochenende in diesem schönen und sehr gemütlichen Domizil verbracht. Die Haushaelfte ist sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Ausstattung und der Vermieter ist auch super! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub
Wir durften 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus wohnen.Die Lage ist günstig. Die Ortsmitte ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Den Einkauf kann man in dem Markt fast gegenüber gut erledigen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus weiter empfehlen .
