Description
New holiday home - semi-detached house, 75 sqm, modern furnishings. On the lower floor there are the bathroom and the bedrooms, from the bedrooms you can directly access the small lawn, on the first floor there is an open dining and living area with kitchen and direct access to the large roof terrace, which has been equipped with new terrace furniture.
The house is equipped to a high standard and has SAT TV, DVD player, portable CD player, W-LAN, washing machine and dishwasher, baby cot and high chair. Bicycles can be locked in the annex
All rooms are equipped with modern underfloor heating.

centrally located in Carolinensiel, only 7 minutes walk to the museum harbour and approx. 25 minutes walk to the sea, the house is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, shopping facilities: a large Edeka supermarket with bakery is 200 metres away.

| Occupancy: max 4 persons, the basic price is for 2 persons, for each additional person there is a surcharge of 7 euros per person per night Bed linen and towels can be booked on request. 2 towels + 1 set of bed linen: 15 Euro per person. Visitor's tax according to the decree of the Kurverwaltung Wittmund, the visitor's tax and visitor's cards are administered by the landlord Cancellation conditions as described in the rental contract. During the summer holidays, we usually only rent by the week from Saturday to Saturday - exceptions by arrangement. |
Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation policy: 95% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. 25% refund up to 7 days before arrival. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Everything is great; gladly again :-).
My wife and I spent 14 days in this beautiful semi-detached house.
It is spatially well divided and offers enough space for a family with 2 (small) children.
A bicycle shed is also included, as well as a parking space for a car.
The location is great; 3 minutes walking distance to the large Edeka supermarket.
Everything went smoothly with the landlord. We would love to come back :-).

Very nice house
We stayed for a week in this beautiful house. The location is very nice and quiet. Shopping is just around the corner. The centre of the village is about 10 minutes away on foot. The furnishings are great and there is nothing missing. We felt very comfortable. The contact with the landlord went smoothly. We will be happy to come back.

Sehr schönes Haus
We stayed in Carolinensiel for a week and in this house.
The house is very beautiful, also very well equipped with WLAN, washing machine, dishwasher, parking, terrace...we felt very comfortable.
You can shop at the nearby Edeka including a bakery. The beach is just under 3 km away on foot...a day parking pass at the beach costs 4.50€...
recommend for: holiday with children, beach holiday

Weather good, apartment good, all good. The house is functional and cozy, everything is available. We especially liked the quietness in the house. The contact with the landlord was friendly and uncomplicated.

This holiday home is perfect for a cycling vacation. It is great that the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower floor, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. The kitchen, balcony, and living room are on the first floor, offering a beautiful panoramic view.
