Villa Ascot is located in one of the best areas of Cape Coral, in the so-called Rosegarden Area. The area is known for its tranquillity and special atmosphere and is a real speciality in Cape Coral. Amongst other advantages, it is within walking distance of Tarpon Point, a new marina with a promenade, restaurants, shops and a bar directly on the water, and the mangrove forests, where you can take a wonderful walk. Just ask us about the insider tips for the Rose Garden Area. The Ascot house is situated directly on a small pond/lake, which is very well overlooked from the pool area. A door leads out of the pool area onto the lawn of the property, so that after a few metres you are standing directly on the shore and can observe numerous animals such as the Osprey, ducks, herons etc.. Experience shows that nature lovers are thrilled by the variety of animals here. However, as always with animals in the wild, there is unfortunately no guarantee of seeing them. The pool area itself is very spacious, with plenty of room and a very large covered area. So if it should rain, you can still have a wonderful barbecue or relax in the deck chairs and watch the rain. By the way, the pool is electrically heated. Of course, the typical American BBQ grill is also available here for a cosy barbecue evening.
Most of the house was newly furnished and painted on the inside in June 2010 (bedrooms, sofas, etc.). The house is very bright, built according to the Great Room concept and has many windows and glass doors as well as high ceilings. When you enter the house through the front door, you come into the living room, which is part of the Great Room. Adjacent to the living room (with sofa and TV) is a small dining area and the open kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook with a glass front that offers a great view of the pool and lake. From the living room itself, wide-opening, multi-part sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool area. The kitchen is of course fully equipped
3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms complete the living areas. Master bedroom (with king bed) and master bathroom are on the east side of the house. The main bathroom is spacious and bright and has a toilet, sink, bathtub, shower and a huge walk-in wardrobe, the so-called walk-in-closet. The master bedroom is directly adjacent to the bathroom and at the same time offers a view and access to the pool through the sliding glass door. On the other side of the house, virtually separated by the living room, is the guest area with two bedrooms, a guest bathroom and an additional guest toilet, which also has a door to the outside. Both guest bedrooms have a queen bed each. All televisions in the house have cable channels and are included free of charge, as is high-speed internet, of course. There are two televisions throughout the house as well as a DVD player (US DVD).

Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. Electricity is always included at $100 per week, which will be sufficient. So no additional payments are to be expected at the end.
We do NOT take a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust ... and avoid trouble for the guests after the holiday).
ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So you have to deal only and exclusively with us and not with the already "self-willed" owner or any property management, which is not allowed to decide anything.
