RAVE is located in a prime location in Cape Coral, close to a cul-de-sac.** There are very few vacant properties in this area and all properties are on city water (no well water, no septic tanks).** The Marina at Tarpon Point (Shops, Restaurants on the water) and the Rose Garden are only about three minutes away by car.** Jogging and walking are some of the preferred activities in this neighborhood.** RAVE is directly on the lake and features a huge private boat dock (new in February 2010).** There is direct and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico, even to beaches inaccessible by car.** RAVE's interior offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation, including internet (wifi), phone, big screen cable tv (family room), tv in main bedroom, BBQ grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. and of course air conditioning.** An abundance of windows allow pool and lake views from the kitchen and the entire living area.** The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect dinner, also granite countertops and a large pantry.** The main bedroom features a large walk-in closet, a beautifully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower and great views of the pool and lake and a tv.** The second and third bedrooms share the second bathroom which is also tiled and features a shower tub.** The third bathroom (also tiled) is equipped with a shower and is accessible from the pool area and the living room.** The formal dining room can also be used as a place for your laptop.** The paved lanai and pool area is enclosed by a cage and screen. House was furnished in Dec 2009.** The new boat dock is large and gives you plenty of possibilities to sunbath from dusk until dawn.** Pool is heated electrically and by solar.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in one of the top areas of Cape Coral, the 8-Lakes Area and dbaei directly on one of these lakes. It is not far to the beaches. There are plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants nearby. Cape Coral is one of the main cities on the Gulf Coast and offers all the amenities of a big city and at the same time quick access to the beaches and the Gulf of Mexico by boat. Tranquillity, relaxation and pure luxury at reasonable prices characterise the area.

- REBOOKING, CANCELLATION, TRAVEL INSURANCE A processing fee of $100.00 will be charged for all changes to this booking. Any change requires written confirmation. Any change that is made after conclusion of this agreement (for example: change of property or time period) will be treated as a cancellation and subsequent new booking, I.E. terms of cancellation apply if not confirmed otherwise. Cancellations are to be submitted in writing. The relevant date to calculate the cancellation period below is the day of reception of the cancellation notice. In addition to the above described processing fee of $100, the following cancellation fees apply to all booking cancellations: Up to 45 days prior to commencement of rental 30% of rental fee 44-31 days prior to commencement of rental 50% of rental fee 30-15 days prior to commencement of rental 80% of rental fee 14-0 days prior to commencement of rental 100% of rental fee

Electricity is always included at $100 per week, which will be sufficient. So no additional payments are to be expected at the end.
We do NOT take a deposit from our guests (trust instead of mistrust ... and avoid trouble for the guests after the holiday).
ALL houses are exclusively managed and rented by us. So you have to deal only and exclusively with us and not with the already "self-willed" owner or any property management, which is not allowed to decide anything.
