The vacation apartment at Lautenthaler Straße 34 is suitable for max. 4 adults and 2 children. It is located on the edge of the town by the cross-country ski trail and hiking paths. The town center is about 500 m away. The apartment is about 65 sqm in size. On the second floor, it comprises a living room with a kitchenette, toilet, and balcony (south-facing). On the third floor, there are a bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed for children and two single beds, a bathroom, and a balcony (south-facing). Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The rental price for the apartment per day is 68.00 euros for two people and for each additional person an additional 15.00 euros. The local tax is included in the price (3 euros per adult, 1.50 euros per child). The cost for final cleaning is 75 euros. Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located in the attic across 2 floors, each with a balcony and a magnificent view, in a residential complex with 20 apartments. The building is situated at the end of Lautenthaler Straße, a quiet cul-de-sac above the spa park and at the start of the cross-country ski trail, as well as many hiking trails. It is about a 15-minute walk to the outdoor pool in the natural swimming lake. Hahnenklee is situated at an altitude of approximately 560m above sea level on a quiet side street between Goslar and Clausthal-Zellerfeld. With the cable car, you can go up to the 726m high Bocksberg. There, there are various ski slopes ranging from easy to difficult, and several hiking trails as well as a toboggan run (+summer toboggan run) and the mountain bike park. Another winter fun activity is ice skating on the Kurteich. Additionally, there are numerous hiking trails around the place, from the flat "wheelchair accessible path" to the premium hiking trail "Liebesbankweg" awarded with the German Hiking Seal, to trails into the "Harzer Wasserregal," the historic mining facilities.
