The 3.5 room garden apartment offers space for 4 persons. The apartment consists of a cosy living room with a seating area, a salon table and wicker armchairs as well as a TV area. The dining room, open to the living room, is equipped with a large dining table. The functionally equipped kitchen is separate but connected to the living area by an open arch and offers a practical storage room for your purchases. The covered entrance area with a large dining table can also be used in bad weather. In the private garden with several seats and sunbathing area you can relax and enjoy the sun. A comfortable lounge set, deck chairs and parasol complete the offer. Furthermore, the apartment has a bedroom with French bed and sofa bed (for children), table and chair and another bedroom with two single beds and desk, as well as a bathroom with shower-bath and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. The apartment offers further storage space for your suitcases. You can park your car directly at the entrance to the house. From there the apartment can be reached via stairs.

The holiday home is on the ground floor of a two-family house on a hillside above Locarno-Minusio, in a very sunny and quiet location with wonderful views. Ideally suited for all those arriving by public transport, as the bus stop is directly in front of the house. Shopping possibilities you will find in the nearby Minusio and Locarno, only a few minutes away by car.

The city has a very special charm and many sights to choose from. The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, the beautiful old town and the proximity to Ascona attract the guests again and again. Absolute highlights with indescribable flair are the international film festival and the music event Moon & Stars on the Piazza Grande, as well as many other attractions in Locarno and surroundings.
The Lido di Locarno, newly opened in 2009, is a true oasis for all those who love sport, fun and wellness and is open all year round and in all weathers. For nature lovers there are wonderful places along the rivers Maggia and Verzasca for bathing and relaxing.
Sports enthusiasts will also find many opportunities such as tennis, golf, mini golf, horse riding, fitness courses, paragliding, countless kilometers of hiking and cycling trails, mountain bike routes, go-kart track, sightseeing flights and much more. In short, in and around Locarno every holiday guest will find fun, variety and adventure.

The holiday apartment is beautiful, location simply fantastic. Very clean and well furnished. The renting couple is very nice. We were there with a dog and the fenced area really makes sense. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Arrive and feel at home immediately - that's not just a promise of the apartment, it also keeps it! Bright, clean, perfect, and lovingly furnished, a great garden with a fantastic view far beyond the lake and the mountains, so you can enjoy your holidays even in bad weather! Great and not self-evident is a reserved parking space at the top of the square in front of the house. The bus stop is also right in front of the house, so a car is not absolutely necessary, especially since there are plenty of shopping opportunities and restaurants easily accessible by public transport. However, for people with limited mobility, the stairs down to the apartment and the various levels in the apartment may be somewhat problematic. The uncomplicated and courteous administrative booking/support through fewo-tessin also remains very pleasant time and again!

Once again, we came up with the idea at short notice to make use of the North-South weather gradient and escape to the warmer and sunnier Ticino for a few days. FeWo-Tessin was as helpful as always, everything worked perfectly, even though it was very last minute. The cozy apartment and the fantastic view made the few days feel like a vacation! And for us, it's always important to have our own parking space and a fenced-in area, both of which were perfect. Our dog also felt right at home (even though he is a Belgian Shepherd).
