The apartment consists of a bright and airy furnished living-dining room with comfortable De Sede leather sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, a Wassily armchair, a pull-out dining table with 4 Breuer cantilever chairs, as well as exit to the furnished balcony with beautiful lake view. New, modern equipped kitchen with exit to both balconies, very spacious bedroom with two single beds, large built-in wardrobe and exit to the smaller furnished balcony with lake view. The newly renovated bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a Geberit shower toilet and a washbasin. The swimming pool belonging to the house with a large sunbathing lawn provides refreshment on hot days. Sun loungers and 2 private bicycles are available for guests. Likewise, the apartment has a reserved covered parking space directly in front of the house.
The Condominio Bellavista is situated in a quiet residential area near the centre of Locarno-Muralto. To the lake and to the city it is about 10 minutes walking distance, where you find many shopping possibilities. The bus stop "Bellavista" is directly in front of the house.
The city of Locarno has a very special charm and many sights to choose from. The lake promenade, the Piazza Grande, as well as the beautiful old town and the proximity to Ascona attract guests again and again. Absolute highlights with indescribable flair are the international film festival and the music event Moon & Stars on the Piazza Grande, as well as many other attractions in Locarno and the surrounding area.

The Condominio Bellavista is located in a quiet residential area near the center of Locarno-Muralto. It is about 10 minutes` walk to the lake and to the town where you will find plenty of shops. The bus station "Bellavista" is located right in front of the house.
Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piayya Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts and VIP on the Piazza Grande.
In 2009 has been opened the new Lido di Locarno. It is an oasis for all who want to do sport, want to have fun or for all who love wellness. It is open the whole year and with all weather. For those who love nature, there are lovely places you can go swimmin in the river Maggia and Verzasca.
Also for sportive guest there are many possibilities: Tennis, Golf, Minigolf, ride, Fitnessparcours, paragliding, many many km to go for a walk, mountain bike, Go-Kart, sightseeing flight and much more. In the area of Locarno every guest finds fun, variety and adventure.
One of the most popular trips is in the nearby valley Maggia, Centovalli, Verzasca and Onsernone. There are typical small villages and old churches. Here you have many possibilities to walk, go trekking or to ride.

We felt completely comfortable! The apartment is modern, very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. We were surprised to find such a beautiful and affordable apartment during the holiday season. Despite the very last-minute booking, everything went smoothly and very uncomplicated: We would love to come back!
