The comfortable, modern 2.5 room apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Spacious living room, dining room with an open kitchen, an elegant leather sofa, dining table and flat screen TV. The big Panormawindows, which can be opened completely, bring light into the rooms and provide to a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the opposite mountains. The kitchen is equipped with modern houshold aids. A bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobes. On hot days, the ceiling fans provide cooling. An additional sleeping space for 1 person the pull-out sofa in the living room (only suitable for smaller people) Bathroom with rain shower, vanity and toilet. An indoor pool ,to share the use, as well as a sauna (extra charge). A covered outdoor parking is available.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a neat apartment house, on a slope above Locarno-Minusio, in a very sunny location. Minusio is immediately adjacent to Locarno and lies between Lake Maggiore and the Monte Cardada. The bus stop is located about 100 meters away. Shops can be found in Locarno or Minusio, only a few minutes away by car. Ascona with its famous promenade can be reached in a few minutes. There you will find countless restaurants, bars and cafes. The numerous renowned boutiques in the streets give pure shopping feeling. For golfers, the nearby 18-hole golf courses in Ascona or Losone is available.

The parking spaces are very tight. With full occupancy, parking is likely to be difficult. The exit is dangerous, despite mirrors. It is driven down clearly too fast!

The parking lot is very narrow, so we traveled with a Fiat Abarth, had no parking neighbors, which allowed us to get in and out easily.
