The comfortable, modern 2.5 room apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people. Spacious living room, dining room with an open kitchen, an elegant leather sofa, dining table and flat screen TV. The big Panormawindows, which can be opened completely, bring light into the rooms and provide to a beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the opposite mountains. The kitchen is equipped with modern houshold aids. A bedroom with double bed and large fitted wardrobes. On hot days, the ceiling fans provide cooling. An additional sleeping space for 2 people, the pull-out sofa in the living room. Bathroom with rain shower, vanity and toilet. An indoor pool ,to share the use, as well as a sauna (extra charge). A covered outdoor parking is available.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a neat apartment house, on a slope above Locarno-Minusio, in a very sunny location. Minusio is immediately adjacent to Locarno and lies between Lake Maggiore and the Monte Cardada. The bus stop is located about 100 meters away. Shops can be found in Locarno or Minusio, only a few minutes away by car. Ascona with its famous promenade can be reached in a few minutes. There you will find countless restaurants, bars and cafes. The numerous renowned boutiques in the streets give pure shopping feeling. For golfers, the nearby 18-hole golf courses in Ascona or Losone is available.

Locarno has a very special flair and many places of interests you choice. The lake promenade, the Piayya Grande, the beautiful and charming old town and the nearby from Ascona attract many guests every year. The most popular events are the international film festival and the Moon & Stars with many concerts and VIP on the Piazza Grande.
In 2009 has been opened the new Lido di Locarno. It is an oasis for all who want to do sport, want to have fun or for all who love wellness. It is open the whole year and with all weather. For those who love nature, there are lovely places you can go swimmin in the river Maggia and Verzasca.

One of the most popular trips is in the nearby valley Maggia, Centovalli, Verzasca and Onsernone. There are typical small villages and old churches. Here you have many possibilities to walk, go trekking or to ride.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Sicht auf den See. An Werktagen etwas laut, da die Wohnung direkt an der Strasse liegt. Alles sehr sauber. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

We really liked this apartment a lot. The parking situation was also optimal. A car is not necessarily required. I can only recommend the apartment and the landlady. Thank you very much for the great vacation and the fantastic view of the lake...
