We welcome you to the holiday flat 5 in Oberaudorf of the skiing and hiking region, Hocheck and Sudelfeld, next to Austria, Kufstein, Kaiserreich.
We are pleased to offer you this cosy and very well equipped holiday flat with modern bathroom and large terrace for your holiday in Oberaudorf.
The large terrace extends in front of the living room and bedroom. Here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the village and the mountain landscape.

Location and surroundings of object
The house in Bavarian style was built on a hill in Oberaudorf, quietly in a dead-end street, with a wonderful view over the Inn valley.
The centre of the village, our skiing area and the Hocheck mountain railway can be reached in a few minutes.
Leisure activities:
Hiking, cycling, mountain biking and, if there is enough snow, cross-country skiing is possible right from the front door.
Leisure activities for young and old are available in the village and in the surrounding area. In summer, there are a variety of hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking opportunities, the Hocheck adventure mountain (summer toboggan run, legend trail, Oberaudorfer Flieger), bathing lakes, etc.
In neighbouring Kiefersfelden there is a water ski facility and in Oberaudorf at the Luegsteinsee a water jump.
In winter you can go skiing or snowboarding in the Hocheck ski area (with toboggan run and floodlighting) or Skiparadies Sudelfeld. Cross-country ski trails are groomed when the snow conditions are right. Tobogganing enthusiasts will have fun on the Hocheck and the natural toboggan run at Brünnsteinhaus.

Der Mietzins beträgt abhängig vom Zeitpunkt der Stornierung: - bis 3 Monate vor Mietbeginn 40 %, was dem Anzahlungsbetrag entspricht, des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages. - ab 8 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 60 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages, - ab 6 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 80 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages - ab 4 Wochen vor Mietbeginn 90 % des für die Vermietung vereinbarten Betrages Der Vermieter ist angehalten, bei Stornierung oder Nichtanreise die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vermieten. Sollte die Wohnung anderweitig vermietet werden können, so fällt ein Schadensausgleich in Höhe der Differenz zu einem geringeren Weitervermietungspreis an. Der Vermieter behält sich das Recht vor, im Falle einer Stornierung, Nichtanreise des Gastes oder Umbuchung, zusätzlich ein Abwicklungsentgelt/ eine Bearbeitungsgebühr in Höhe von 10 % des Mietpreises, mindestens 20,00 Euro zu berechnen. Der Gast kann hinsichtlich der Stornierung den Nachweis führen, dass dem Vermieter gar kein Schaden oder ein wesentlich geringerer als die vorgenannten Schadenspauschalen entstanden ist. Auf den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfehlend hingewiesen.

Holiday in the mountains
We had a very nice holiday, hiked a lot and also cycled. The location of the flat on top of the mountain was just wonderful. A great view of the mountains and Oberaudorf.
