Our modern villa offers you everything you want to experience during your vacation –

The comfortable villa extends over two floors and, with its spacious layout and extra-high ceilings, offers an open sense of space. It opens towards the pool and the sun terrace with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors.
On the ground floor are
the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa set, satellite TV, and Bose sound box,
a large dining table for 10 people,
the fully equipped, modern kitchen with two large fridge/freezers, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, Nescafe Dolce-Gusto capsule machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. ,
a bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom, access to the sun terrace and pool
a bedroom with a 200 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom
a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed, satellite TV, integrated bathroom
a fitness/games room with foosball table and fitness equipment
an additional bathroom with washing machine
Via a beautiful cantilevered staircase you reach the upper floor with
two further large bedrooms, each with 200 x 200 cm double beds, en-suite bathrooms and access to the south-facing balcony. From here you can enjoy a wide view of the green, untouched nature and, of course, also of the garden and pool.
On request, two travel cots with blankets and two high chairs for babies are available.
The living area as well as all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units with heating function.
Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The property is completely enclosed by an Istrian stone wall and an electric gate, thus offering you wonderful privacy for your holiday. You can relax wonderfully at the large infinity pool with massage jets and then sunbathe on the terrace. Comfortable loungers and sun umbrellas are available for this.
In the evening, you can grill in the covered outdoor kitchen and sit comfortably at the large dining table.
For your children and the sporty guests, there is a sports and play area measuring 15 x 7.5 m and a large garden with a lawn, swing, and a boules court. Your cars are parked in three parking spaces, two of them in the carport, also securely on the property.
A private e-charging station is available to you free of charge for your electric vehicle.
The property is secured by an alarm system and video surveillance.

In the surroundings, visit the towns of Pula, Rovinj, Bale, Vodnjan, Svetvincenat, to name but a few
The sea is inviting with its crystal clear water and is about 17 km away from your holiday accommodation
Enjoy the Istrian food in the different restaurants and rustic konobas in the nearer surroundings (next restaurant about 4 km away) or stroll in the evening through the many different surrounding towns.

Cancellation from the 29th day up to the day before the start of occupancy, or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price.
