Villa Stokovci is located in Svetvinčenat, about 19 km from Pula and 30 minutes by car from Rovinj. The nearest beach, Peroj, is approx. 17.8 km away.
The house accommodates up to 10 guests and has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and an extra bed can be placed in two of the bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a television.
The outdoor area includes approx. 2000 m² garden with a 36 m² private pool, a whirlpool for six people, and a barbecue area with dining table. Guests can also use a mini-golf course and a sports field for volleyball, basketball, and football. For children, there is a small playground with a swing and slide.
The house extends over three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. In the basement there is a playroom with a table tennis table, billiards, dartboard, and a small fitness room.
On the ground floor there is a living area with PlayStation 4, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with double bed and its own bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower, the third has a bathtub. This bedroom also offers access to a balcony with seating and a view of nature.
Four private parking spaces are available on the property.
