Country house Olduvai is a detached, high-quality furnished, south-facing country house with a fantastic view of the surrounding, fascinating Limestone Alps with numerous recreational and sports opportunities for young and old.

Ground floor: Through the entrance hall you reach the spacious approx. 50m2 living-dining area with satellite TV. TV, radio, CD player and Wi-Fi and a spacious seating area and into the fully equipped, new, open kitchen.

Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet.

First floor: 1 twin room with south-facing balcony, 1 triple room with south-facing balcony, 1 triple room with extra bed, a spacious bathroom with shower, corner bathtub, double washbasin, toilet. Basement: Twin room with ensuite bathroom, shower, toilet, bedroom for 2 people, foosball table, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor facilities: 30 m2 south-facing terrace with beautiful view, grill, garden chairs and tables, carport, 4 parking spaces.

Very quiet and romantically located, country house Olduvai is an ideal starting point for:

* 4 different ski areas- so in the largest contiguous ski area in Austria

Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm - ca.10 min, Maria Alm - Dienten - ca.10.min, Schmittenhöhe Zell am See - ca.15.min. and the glacier ski paradise Kaprun - ca.20. min.

The cross-country skiing trail is approx. 500 m away.

* Hikes in the mountains - hiking trails in the Leoganger Steinberge go directly from the house -, in the Steinerne Meer, Hochkönig, Pinzgauer Grasberge as well as in the Hohe Tauern.

* Golfers, 3 golf courses - 18 holes: Brandlhof - Saalfelden and Maria Alm approx.10 min, Zell am See - one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Alps approx.15 min and seven other golf courses: Kitzbühl (4), Mittersill, Goldegg and Gastein in about 45 min.

* Cyclists and mountain bikers, the holiday world of Saalfelden-Leogang offers 480 km of cycle paths in the valley, marked and secured. In addition, Leogang is a mountain bike center - World Cup 2012.

Bathing possibilities offer the Zeller lake, the Ritzensee - Saalfelden, the nature bath Vorderkaser including gorge, especially for children and numerous swimming pools in the surroundings.

Rafting is possible on the nearby Saalach.

Excursion to the medieval city of Salzburg - approx. 1 hour, to the Gross Glockner - highest mountain in Austria - approx. 1 hour, to the Eisriesenwelt - Werfen - largest ice caves in the world, approx. 1 hour, to the Seisenbergklamm, approx. 1 hour Hour, to the Seisenbergklamm - approx. 15 min, to the Lamprechthöhle - longest cave area in Europe, approx.15 min, to the Tauern - Spa in Kaprun, equipped with active pools, water cascades, panorama saunas, relaxation pool, brine relaxation pool, 25 m sports pool etc. approx. 20 min.

Deceleration and calm

We felt very comfortable, nothing was missing. Wonderful peace and fantastic view. Everything in the area is quickly reachable by car, such as shopping, cable cars, mines, or hikes to the pastures...
