Living room-dining room and open kitchen approx. 60m2. The rooms are tastefully furnished with new, high-quality furniture. Total living area of approx. 210 m2, a large garden with fruit trees, garden furniture, table tennis, Hollywood swing and barbecue, as well as a garage, carport and two parking spaces.

This typical Austrian chalet is located in the middle of 4 famous ski areas and 2 lakes the Zellersee and Ritzensee. The chalet has got a comfortable and big living room, 5 sleeping rooms two of those have got a balcony, all rooms have got a double bed, 3 additional beds possible, 3 bath rooms, 1 bathroom with a huge bath-tub, shower, bidet and two washing basins, one bath room with shower and 2 washing basins, one bath room with shower, 1 washing basin, 3 separated WC, a beautiful and sunny alcove, cable TV, Wlan-Wifi and a complete and modern kitchen. living- and dining-room plus kitchen about 60 m2. The rooms are furnished with modern and high class furniture. Total living area 210 m2, surrounded by a huge garden with fruit trees, garden furniture, table tennis, barbecue, garage, car-port and parking places.

The house is rustic situated. A royal wooden camera with open fire. 5 large slaapkamers all with tweepersoonsbedden. In slaapkamer 5 an extra sofa bed for two people. Bovendien only one extra sofa bed. 2 baby beds.
Three bathrooms, 1 with hot tub, shower, bidet and two washbasins, 1 with shower and two washbasins and one with shower and washbasin.
3 separate toilets. The woon-eet-camera with cellular bay window is about 60m2. Here we have cable TV, Wlan-Wifi. The choking is provided by all the necessary equipment, everything is available. The cameras are cellular with high quality furniture. The cosy area of the house is approx. 210m2, a large, rustic, cosy room, table tennis, hollywood table and BBC. Hiking groups holiday
The very well equipped house and the complete facilities were ideal for our group.
The hiking possibilities in the region were also good and the weather was mostly fine.
The uncomplicated booking, the nice contact persons by email and telephone and the many suggestions for hikes and other excursions, as well as gastronomic tips, were very helpful.
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home and had a nice and relaxing hiking holiday.

Family vacation
We were allowed to rent the Nagl family's house from 18.06.2022 to 25.06.2022. The location, cleanliness, and service from the landlord are simply perfect. Some inspirations for trips and good restaurants in the area were already sent by email in advance. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation in a really great and lovingly furnished house. We would love to come back and thank you for everything.

Great vacation!
We had a great vacation with our family. The house is neat and has everything you need. Furthermore, there is the opportunity to go for walks in the area and the Maria Alm ski area is nearby. Mrs. Nagl is very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth repeating.
