This very well-maintained 1-room holiday flat will delight you with its location directly on the beach of Binz and its beautiful and comfortably furnished balcony
The flat is located on the ground floor and offers plenty of space for 2-3 people
The living area is equipped with a large internet-capable LCD TV, DVD player, stereo system as well as a dining area and a complete kitchenette (Senseo coffee machine for coffee pods, 4-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, etc.). The bathroom has a WC and a real glass shower
Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge
From the balcony you even have a small sea view (see photo)
Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Please use the balcony for this purpose.
The flat is located on the ground floor.
A parking space is reserved for you at the house. Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.

Schöne Wohnung in direkter Strandlage!
Die Wohnung liegt in erster Reihe direkt am Strand. Sie hat ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen und ist nett eingerichtet. Das Auto parkt komfortabel direkt hinterm Haus.
Bei einem kleinem Malheur wurde uns von der Wohnungsbeteuung sehr freundlich und schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür. Wir empfehlen Sie gern weiter!

Super Ferienwohnung

schöne, kuschlige Wohnung, mit Balkon in 1. Reihe, schnell im Zentrum, Kurpark . Binz hat soviele kleine versteckte schöne Ecken wie der Buchenberg und dem Schmachter See. Ausstattung war auch urig und gemütlich und sehr sauber. Danke.

Well recovered!
The house is located directly on the beach. There is a small sea view from the ground floor balcony. The flat was clean, cosy and above all heated when we arrived. That was very pleasant after the long journey - many thanks for that!
We had a nice time out here and were able to relax well in the few days.

Short holiday in the island autumn
Three beautiful days of holiday with everything autumn has to offer! We took long walks on the beach in all weathers and let ourselves be blown away. It was lovely to come home to the warm, cosy flat afterwards. We definitely need to come back for a longer stay. And we hope we can do it soon :) ...
