The holiday flat "Belvedere" will delight you with its beautiful sea view and the large sea-facing balcony!
The very well-maintained holiday flat offers you all the comforts for your wonderful Baltic Sea holiday
The large living room is equipped with Smart-TV (40 inch), dining area and couch with sleeping function.
The kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle is located in a separate kitchenette in the hallway (see photos).
The bedroom has a large wardrobe with safe and a comfortable double bed.
The beautiful bathroom offers you a real glass shower with rain shower, WC and hairdryer.
The holiday flat is located on the first floor. A lift is available in the house.
Wi-Fi and a parking space at the house are included in the price
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the house (against coins).
Children are welcome and stay free of charge.

The holiday flat is located in the Apartmenthaus Ostsee, in the historic and quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white binz bathing beach. From the balcony of the flat you have a beautiful view of the dune, trees and sea.
Binz offers restaurants and shopping facilities nearby
The town centre and pier can be reached in 10 minutes by a relaxing walk along the beach or the fashionable promenade.

Es wird lediglich die Buchungsgebühr einbehalten, da diese mit erfolgter Buchung verdient ist. Sollte der Grund des Reiserücktritts jedoch bei Ihnen liegen, weil z.B. Sie selbst an Corona erkranken, Sie persönlich in Quarantäne gehen müssen, Ihr Landkreis Risikogebiet wird oder Sie nicht ausreisen dürfen, greifen die normalen Stornobedingungen (siehe unten) mit den normalen Stornokosten. Bitte erkundigen Sie sich bei Ihrer Reiserücktrittsversicherung, ob diese im jeweiigen Fall leistet oder schließen Sie eine Corona-Zusatzversicherung ab, die bereits von einigen Versicherungen angeboten wird. Sollten Sie eine Buchung stornieren wollen, für deren Zeitraum kein Beherbergungsverbot gilt, gelten unsere normalen Stornobedingungen laut AGB`s: Reiserücktrittsbedingungen: Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Reisebeginn von der Reise zurücktreten. Wird vom Gast oder vom Vermieter ein Ersatzmieter zu den gleichen Mietbedingungen für den vereinbarten Zeitraum gestellt, wird nur eine Umbuchungsgebühr von 50,- € berechnet. Toller Meerblick
Gepflegte Wohnung direkt am Strand, mit überdachtem Balkon, Fahrstuhl im Haus und großzügigen Parkplätzen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles in einigen Schritten erreichbar. Wir haben für nächstes jahr gleich wieder gebucht.

Erholsamer Winter an der Ostsee!
Die ruhige Lage (es sei denn, das Meer toste im Sturm) direkt am Strand hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen. Das sehr bequem und durchdacht eingerichtete Apartment hat ebenfalls sehr zur Erholung beigetragen.
Hierfühlt man sich wohl!!

Direkt am Strand.
Bei Badewetter und ohne den Trubel der Hochsaison haben wir uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung gut erholen können.
Günstiger kann es natürlich immer gern sein, aber die super Lage hat natürlich Ihren Preis ... Wir würden daher wieder hier buchen!

Sauber, gepflegt, geräumig! Direkt am Strand. Nicht weit zur Seebrücke.
Auto steht kostenfrei hinterm Haus.
