Spend your island holiday directly on the beach of Binz:
beautiful 1-room holiday flat with fantastic sea view from the very top (third floor)!

From the comfortably furnished balcony you have a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea, dune and beach promenade.
The bright and friendly living area is equipped with a stereo system with CD player, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi connection and a dining area.
The double bed is 1.8 x 2 m wide. The balcony door can be darkened with blackout curtains. A large wardrobe is available.
The kitchenette offers you a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, crockery etc.
Cot and high chair can be rented by arrangement for an extra charge.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and window.
A parking space at the house is available free of charge.
Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle cellar.
In the basement of the house, coin-operated washing machines and coin-operated dryers can be used if required.
A beach chair on the beach in front of the house is available free of charge from May to September.
The holiday flat is located on the third floor. A lift is available.

The holiday flat is located in the Ostsee flat house, in the historic and quiet part of the binz beach promenade, directly on the white binz bathing beach. You have a beautiful sea view from the balcony of the holiday flat
Restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The centre of Binz and the pier can be reached in 10 minutes by a relaxing walk along the beach or the fashionable beach promenade.

a view...!
Upon entering the apartment, you could see through to the balcony and the water, which marked the beginning of a fantastic holiday on Rügen. Such a view is not often experienced... GREAT!

Baltic Sea view
As city dwellers, we really enjoyed the sea view and the balcony, as well as the peace and quiet! The parking lot finally offered enough space - we know from other houses where every millimeter counts - here it was comfortable!

Nice short break!
With luck, we were able to secure a last-minute cancellation and enjoy the summerly Baltic Sea. We felt comfortable in the pretty and very clean vacation apartment. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!
