Beautiful holiday home for exclusive use with private pool, by the salt lakes in Calpe
Beautiful holiday home in Calpe for non-smokers, comfortably furnished with its own pool, on an approx. 900 sqm enclosed property in a lovely location, behind the salt lake with its remarkable birdlife and only 1,000 meters from the sandy beach. The 9 x 4 meter pool features Roman steps for comfortable entry. Sun loungers and a seating area, a portable grill, as well as a shade-providing papillon are available for you.

The sandy beach is only about 1,000 meters away, and it is about 2 km to the center of Calpe. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters away. Parking spaces and a garage are available on the property. Bringing pets as well as smoking inside the house is not allowed.

The well-kept holiday home has a living area of 100 sqm. You can expect a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning (hot/cold), fireplace, and digital satellite TV with German channels. An internet connection (Wi-Fi) is also available to you free of charge.

Through the patio door you reach the covered veranda, furnished with garden furniture, overlooking the surroundings. Comfortably equipped kitchen (stove with oven, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster).

The sleeping area of the house is divided into 3 bedrooms (two of which are furnished with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed); the master bedroom and the bedroom with the bunk bed have air conditioning (hot/cold), one bathroom with bathtub and toilet, one bathroom with shower and toilet.
