Description
Enjoy this wonderful house with family, family, or friends! Fully equipped: including very fast Wi-Fi (free), private pool, outdoor shower, beautiful garden, spacious full kitchen, children's toys, BBQ, air conditioning, sliding screens, good beds, generous towel set including beach towel.
Separate 3rd bedroom with bathroom for more privacy.
In the quiet villa district of Ortembach, this charming villa stands on a fenced plot of 1000 m2. Very suitable for 1 or 2 families as well as for a group of friends. Around the villa is a beautiful and well-maintained Mediterranean garden, private swimming pool, various terraces, and lots of privacy. Also available for long-term rental (longer than 1 month) for which tailor-made rates can be discussed. You can contact us by email for this. The villa accommodates up to 6 adults and 1 child up to 2-3 years old (available: high chair, cot and outdoor playpen/bed, baby bath, changing mat, potty, toys (1-6 yrs.)). For the 7th person, an extra bed can be added in the studio upon request.
The villa is bright and tastefully decorated. There is a large selection of good Dutch-language books (novels, thrillers, etc.) and board games available. A Chromecast is available with which you can, for example, Netflix, Videoland, NPO Start, YouTube etc. can be streamed from your own device!
Bedrooms
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with extra long beds (180 x 210 cm). The 3rd bedroom with a new bathroom is located in the studio in the basement. The studio has its own entrance and is accessible from outside. If you come with 2 families or with older children, the studio offers extra privacy. All bedrooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning units (hot/cold) and also provided with screens and blackout curtains or shutters.
In the winter months, the villa is centrally heated with a gas-fired central heating system.
A silent ceiling fan in the living room provides cooling in the summer months. Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, an electric ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, (filter) coffee maker, Dolce Gusto, toaster, kettle, citrus press, and a hand blender.
Ironing board and steam iron are available.
Your safety has also been considered. In the kitchen there is a fire extinguisher and a smoke detector.
TV, audio and entertainment
In the living room there is the digital satellite TV which, among other things, can receive channels from the Netherlands, England, Germany, Belgium, and France. Thanks to a Chromecast, you can stream your own streaming subscriptions, such as Netflix and Videoland, from your laptop or mobile phone to the TV.
Via the DENON receiver, you can listen to your favorite music using Bluetooth. The fireplace makes the house extra cozy in winter.
There is a good and free WIFI connection in and around the villa, but you can also receive your own internet provider well. At the large dining table in the dining room, it's not only cozy dining. You can also make use of the many board games available to you. It's wonderful to read or take a siesta in the lounge chairs.
Swimming Pool
Around the beautiful, illuminated swimming pool, there is plenty of space to relax on the sunbeds or to grill a fish on the BBQ. The depth of the pool varies between approximately 110-210 cm. An outdoor shower (hot & cold) is available. From the roof terrace you have a beautiful view of the Penon d'Ifach, the sea, and the wide surroundings.
Reception
About 1 week before arrival you will receive by email the information booklet and directions to Casa Prudentia. You will be welcomed at the villa by Sonia, our enthusiastic hostess. Sonia will show you around and explain the use of several appliances.
The beds will be made up for you upon arrival and a welcome drink will be waiting for you! Sonia speaks fluent Spanish, German and English

Beautiful villa in Calpe
We had a pleasant stay at Villa Casa Prudentia. Everything went very well. Sonia, our hostess, was very friendly and explained everything to us well.
The villa is beautifully located and offers excellent privacy for a family. Everything was also very clean upon arrival.
We had a wonderful vacation there and definitely recommend this villa!

Unique holiday experience
This holiday home is perfect for relaxation from day one. Those who enjoy peace and do not want to be in the bustling tourist center of Calpe are exactly right here. Friendly landlords, a helpful and friendly contact person who speaks Spanish/German contribute to this. Thank you very much for the wonderful vacation.

Had a wonderful vacation in this holiday home. The house is in perfect condition. Good location in a quiet neighborhood and yet not far from the center.

Very nice house with a lovely garden! Very clean and great contact with Sonia, who manages the house in Spain. Lidl within walking distance and also the boulevard is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our vacation. Our two children (4 years and 10 months) also had a great time! Definitely a recommendation!

a place to return to!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the villa upon our arrival, top-notch. The location is okay; walking to the supermarket is no problem, but the beach and town require a bit more effort. It was especially the peace and privacy that we enjoyed so much.

De villa is prachtig gelegen en biedt uitstekende privacy voor een gezin. Alles was bovendien zeer schoon bij aankomst.
We hebben er een heerlijke vakantie gehad en raden deze villa zeker aan!
Unsere Gastgeberin Sonia ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die ersten zwei Tage ist aufgrund eines Unwetters der Strom ausgefallen. Die Ursache lag nicht im Haus, sondern auf öffentlichem Grund. Die Besitzerin und Sonia haben alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt, dass wir bald wieder Strom hatten. Als Wiedergutmachung für die Unannehmlichkeit durften wir auf Einladung der Besitzerin fein essen gehen. Vielen Dank dafür!
Das Casa Prudentia können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
Zwembad was super goed qua afmeting en diepte , genoeg ligstoelen, parasols en tafels rond het zwembad. Locatie is top!
Eigenaar en contactpersoon waren altijd beschikbaar voor vragen of hulp.
We zullen zeker nog terug gaan!!
Het is een heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad voor de deur maakt het vakantiegevoel compleet.
De ontvangst wederom door Sonia was weer erg leuk, ook zag alles er weer spik en span uit.
Sonia is altijd erg betrokken en wil overal bij helpen, wanneer dit nodig mocht zijn. Een appje van haar na een paar dagen, of alles nog naar wens is, toont haar betrokkenheid voor de gasten.
We zien er naar uit om volgend jaar weer te komen met de kinderen en dan 2 kleinkinderen.
Hier is dat helemaal anders, de eigenaars zorgen dat alles in zeer goede staat blijft en doen zeer veel moeite en investeren in nieuwe zaken. Mijn vrouw is vb gevoelig voor muggen, maar hier laten ze een firma komen om buiten een behandeling te doen om de muggen te bestrijden. En we mogen Sonia de gastvrouw niet vergeten die altijd klaar staat en waar je altijd terecht kan. Bedankt!
Binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt: voldoende stopcontacten, comfortabele zetels, muggenziften in de kamers en zeer belangrijk tijdens warme dagen een goed werkende en geruisloze airco. In de keuken ontbreekt er niets en staan er kwalitatieve apparaten in uitstekende staat, geen oude afgeschreven toestellen. Ook al het keukengerei van borden tot pannen en bestekken zijn in perfecte toestand. Buiten staan er 2 sets van tafels waar je zowel in de zon als schaduw kan zitten. Ook op de ligzetels is niets aan te merken. Buiten heb je een douche en een aangenaam zwembad, gericht naar het zuid/westen waar je tot 's avonds van de zon kan genieten. Ook was er een duidelijke handleiding over de woning en de werking van de toestellen.
Verder is een verplichte eindschoonmaak waar ik grote voorstander van ben. Zo kom je toch meestal in een propere woning zoals hier het geval was. Ook de beheerders Sonia en Olexie waren steeds klaar voor alles en gaven een duidelijke uitleg. Op 5 min ben je met de auto aan de 2 stranden. Wij gaan zeker terug, Patrick
Clean and tidy ... well cared for
We would highly recommend the villa, the location was great...close enough to walk to local shops, beaches and restaurants but far enough out so that you can relax in a quiet location. Communication between the owner and I before travelling was excellent and we were provided with a large amount of information ahead of travelling about the local area and information about the villa. Maria met us at the villa on our arrival and couldn't have been more helpful, she provided us with taxi numbers and gave advice about the local area. Maria made us feel welcome and encouraged us to contact her if there were any issues during our stay (there wasnt). The villa itself was very clean and well maintained, there were plenty of towels for the beach and for use within the villa (no need to bring your own). There were some toys provided for our daughter which was a lovely touch. The outside area was exceptional with bbq facilities, plenty of sun loungers and a number of umbrellas which were needed at this time of year. The pool was immaculately clean and was cleaned twice during our stay. Our family had a lovely stay and we would not hesitate in returning to this beautiful area. The Old Town is definitely worth a visit for anyone visiting for the first time. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. x
De woning is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt veel comfort. Mooie grote verzorgde tuin met veel privacy en een heerlijk zwembad inclusief veel parasols en genoeg ligbedden voor het hele gezin. De barbecuehoek hebben wij goed gebruikt wanneer wij niet bij een van de vele leuke restaurantjes aan de boulevard of in het dorp gingen eten.
Binnen bevindt zich een ruime moderne keuken, aparte eetkamer en gezellige woonkamer met luxe audio en video/tv apparatuur. Alle slaapkamers (zowel boven als beneden in de studio) zijn voorzien van goedwerkende en geruisloze airconditioning. Daarnaast liggen de bedden in de slaapkamers heerlijk.
De ligging van het huis is super, in een rustige buurt met supermarkten, strand en het dorp dichtbij.
Wij hebben wederom erg genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker nog een derde keer! (en wie weet nog vaker!)
Het strand en zeewater waren heerlijk. Je kunt de drukte opzoeken of lekker rustig bij het zwembad zitten. Alles was mooi schoon. In de woonkamer een grote ruime bank en een hele vriendelijke hostess. Ik mis niks daar. We hebben het heerlijk gehad. Gelukkig heb ik in september nog kunnen reserveren.
