Description
Villa Aesthetic is a luxury villa where the name says it all. Not only the appearance and overall impression of the villa testify to quality, great importance was also attached to high standards in the selection of materials.
The villa has a great southern orientation and is located in a quiet neighborhood in the marina area. Walk to the beach, the pier, or the restaurant Boat House of Cape Coral. For boaters, the location is simply perfect and you can reach the river in no time. Two kayaks are available for you to explore the area from the water.
The living area of the villa is a luxurious 250 m². Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms offer plenty of space. In addition, there are two more bedrooms and a third bathroom in the house. All bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed. Additionally, the house features a game room with air hockey, foosball table, and PlayStation, where you can enjoy great game nights.
For music fans, we have installed a Sonos speaker system (Wi-Fi speakers). This allows you, among other things, to listen to your favorite home radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The TV in the living room is also equipped with Apple TV. In addition, with your own TV box you can watch all German TV programs.
The high-quality equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to extensive cooking events. A Nespresso machine is also available (please bring your own capsules).
Do you often forget your travel adapters? We have installed USB sockets in the house for charging your devices.
In the pool area, guests have loungers (there are enough towels available) and an outdoor shower at their disposal. High-quality travertine (natural stone) is laid throughout the entire outdoor area. In the outdoor kitchen with the BBQ grill, you can prepare great US-style meals.
The saltwater pool is electrically heatable and operated with a salt system, which makes the water very pleasant and gentle on the skin. In principle, it is a freshwater pool without chlorine. You are guaranteed no more irritated eyes. Beach towels, beach chairs & a cooler for your excursions are also available. Do you often forget the travel adapters? For our guests at CoralVilla, individual information folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, sights, and much more.
With our floor plans, which you will find at the end of the photos, we would like to give you an impression of the layout and size of the house.
A boat rental is recommended! ! ! In Florida, no boating license is required and the boat we have rented for you is located directly at your private boat dock, so you can, for example, head to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed.
The Hurricane 2690 Sundeck / Aesthetic, which belongs to the villa, as well as other boats to choose from, can be found on our website coralvilla-florida.com.
The boat lift is available for the Hurricane 2690 Sundeck / Aesthetic. For other boats, the boat dock can be used. Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hr. south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. You will find many shopping possibilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.

Fabulous!
This is a beautiful home in a fantastic location for boaters and is just fabulous. We arrived in October and were the first guests in this really modern and brand new luxurious villa. Every little detail has been considered, from equipment for a day at the beach to everything you need to cook up a meal. The pool is amazing, with lovely views of the river and a very comfortable outdoor seating and lounge area. All the rooms were spacious and the two master bathrooms are wonderful. There is plenty of cookware and all the kitchen essentials. The villa also has a large TV with many channels, Apple TV, and Sonos Sound System. The bedrooms are all a good size, with very comfortable beds. The villa has two master bedrooms, making it perfect for a stay with two families. We had a lovely two weeks away! Don’t hesitate, just book!
