Here on the finca, bananas are mainly cultivated and you are far away from all the hustle and bustle. The banana actually grows quietly and silently on its own and requires little care until harvest, but it is not possible without some work.
The very well-kept outdoor area is lovingly designed with many plants and helps ensure that you feel comfortable from the very first moment and can spend a relaxing holiday. Especially unforgettable and unique are the dreamlike sunsets that can be observed on the terrace with a glass of wine.
The spacious terrace and the garden area with its seating and sun loungers invite you to relax at any time of day. An outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill adjoins the terrace.
The property is approx. 650 sqm in size, nestled among blooming flowers and plants. The terrace at the house is very large, partially covered. The approx. The 3 x 11 m large pool is for exclusive use. It has a depth of approx. 1.40 m. There is also a toilet and a shower at the pool.
The house was completed in 2019, has a living area of approx. 100 sqm, all on one level, and is modern and comfortably furnished.
The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooktop with 4 burners, a large fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, microwave, electric kettle, and a toaster. Of course, there is sufficient crockery and cutlery available.
In the living room with a comfortable sofa set, there is an LCD television with German TV channels. One bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds (90 x 1.90 m), the other bedroom with a double bed (one mattress measuring 1.80 x 1.90 m). Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes accommodate your holiday clothing.
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. A hairdryer is available.
Bed linen, hand, bath, and dish towels are provided in sufficient quantity. Please bring your own beach towels. Iron and ironing board are available for use. There is an air conditioner in the living area.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house; outside on the terraces it is of course no problem.
A rental car is required, a parking space is available.

The holiday home offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the islands of La Gomera and La Palma. Indulge in the beauty, variety and sunshine of this region and enjoy the mild climate in the southwest of Tenerife
The place Playa de San Juan is more than only very popular with individual tourists, because it not only has a beautiful sandy beach, but also offers numerous bars and restaurants. What is not there is mass tourism, as no hotel attracts package tourists to the place. Families with small children will appreciate the small beach in the harbour basin, sheltered from high waves and gently sloping, it is very suitable for small children.
If you want to go for long walks, this is the right place for you. A well-developed promenade leads past bizarre lava formations, which always offer something new to discover.

Cancellation terms:
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows: - For cancellations up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price, - For cancellations from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price, - For cancellations from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price, - From the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price. - In case of no-show or termination of the trip, 100% will be charged. - The fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.
