Dear guests, we would like to invite you to spend wonderful days of relaxation, harmony, and joy of life in our holiday apartment "Majas Meerblick." Our top-modern furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located in the best area of the Baltic Sea resort Göhren, only about 250 m from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the pier. The non-smoking holiday apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac just 50 meters from the promenade of the Baltic Sea resort with all its restaurants, cocktail bars, ice cream parlors, and other shopping opportunities. The tasteful and well-maintained furnishings of our holiday apartment are just as important to us as the warm contact with our guests. We look forward to seeing you! The 45 sqm apartment has a huge covered balcony with sea view and an XXL beach chair, thus always offering a weather-independent place to stay in the fresh air.
The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed, armchair, coffee table, a cozy dining table with double sea view, chest of drawers, and flat-screen TV. WLAN and cable TV are included.
If the sofa bed is used, there are blackout blinds and curtains for a restful sleep. The lovingly and cozily furnished living area has floor-to-ceiling windows and many comfy seating options.
From the comfortable dining area, you also have a beautiful view of the sea through the window. The dining table with three chairs can be extended if needed and offers the opportunity to enjoy sociable meals.
In the living room, a chest of drawers provides storage space, and in the hallway there is a three-door wardrobe for your clothes – everything fits in there! The kitchen is separate and divided from the living room by a door. It is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
In the modern and cozy bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, you can relax after the adventures of the day (there are also blackout curtains here).
The shower bathroom offers enough space to feel comfortable here as well. There is enough storage space, and if you ever want to do a load of colored laundry, a washing machine and a dryer are available for a small fee in the house’s laundry room.
There is a bicycle cellar in the house for your bicycles.

Villa Buskam is located in Katharinenstraße, approx. 250 m from the beach in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Göhren.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes are located on Strandstraße, the promenade of the Baltic seaside resort, which is only about 50 m away.
The flat has its own parking space 150 m away. For loading and unloading, you can stop briefly directly in front of the house, it is a quiet cul-de-sac.

Vacation trip
The holiday apartment is located in a quiet area. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and the beach are easily reachable on foot. The apartment is very clean and very well furnished. View of the sea. Problem-free key handover. The landlords were reachable by phone at all times.

Dream vacation
We spent an unforgettable week in Göhren in October. We felt very comfortable both in the village and in "our" holiday apartment. The apartment is beautifully located (sea view in two directions from the great balcony with beach chair), very cozily furnished, super clean, and has everything you need. We were thrilled and will definitely come back!

Apartment ?, Location ? and Landlord ? - everything worthwhile recommending ?
We were in the vacation apartment for the first time and felt very comfortable right away. It was a nice, relaxing holiday. The apartment is quietly situated, clean, and nicely furnished. On the large balcony, you have sun and two sea views during breakfast. Bakeries, grocery stores, and restaurants are "just around the corner." The apartment includes a parking space, which is not directly at the house but very quick to reach on foot. The contact with the landlords is friendly and straightforward, and the rent price is reasonable.

Relaxing vacation
A very nice, well-maintained holiday apartment. The covered balcony invites you to have breakfast in the sun in the morning. The location is great, central yet quiet. We will definitely book the apartment again on our next visit to Rügen.
