Description
The flat is on the ground floor of a holiday home with three flats, each with a separate entrance. There is only 1 step, but a ramp is available, the door widths are between 65 and 82 cm, therefore also suitable for senior citizens and wheelchair users. In the living room there is a seating area as well as a dining area (high chair available) and a flat screen TV. There is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. On request, one single bed can be replaced by a motorised nursing bed (one-time fee 10 €). Both bedrooms can be darkened by roller blinds. In the bathroom you will find a level shower with support handle and shower chair, a washbasin and a WC with side support handles.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker and enough dishes. A washing machine and dryer (both coin-operated), iron and ironing board are available in a separate room.
Books to browse through and suggestions for activities and excursions are available.
The flat has a small, fenced garden (so your dog can't escape) with a terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
Quiet residential area in Dornumersiel - Westeraccumersiel, nevertheless only approx. 1000 m distance to the beach, dyke and harbour. A supermarket with bakery counter is approx. 300 m away, various shops, café and restaurants approx. 800 m.
A solar-heated open-air swimming pool (free of charge with spa card) is available directly on the beach, and indoor and thermal pools are within easy reach in the neighbouring towns.
For children, there are play facilities in the "Reetdach-Haus" and in the indoor play paradise in Neßmersiel. A mudflat hike in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site is unforgettable. For dogs, the dog beach and the fun agility park in Neßmersiel are recommended.
