The holiday home is situated in a central but quiet location in Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel.
The comfortably and modernly furnished holiday home has 60 m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the light-flooded living and dining area with access to the south-facing terrace. Adjacent to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear terrace. Furthermore, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor as well as the spacious hallway. From there, a staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), a chest of drawers and a TV set. The bathroom has modern bathroom furniture, a shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine. The house is completely heatable.
The property is fully fenced and offers a parking space as well as a spacious garage for your bicycles. There is also a charcoal grill. There are two terraces. The south terrace is surrounded by a hedge and is protected from view. The north terrace, which is also fenced in and partially covered, is located behind the house. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sun or shade in front of or behind the house, depending on your preference and the time of day. Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house, we ask for your understanding. An ashtray is provided in the outdoor area. A dog is very welcome. Please understand that neither the bed nor the sofa may be used as a sleeping place for your dog.

A supermarket with a bakery is about 300 m away. Restaurants and cafés can be found within a radius of approx. 400-800 m. The beach and harbour are also within walking distance. For excursions in the surrounding area, we recommend a miniature golf course and a pedal boat rental, both approx. 800 m from your holiday accommodation. For families with children, a visit to the children's play barn, approx. 800 m away, is worthwhile.

Restful vacation with a dog
Very nice and well-equipped house in a quiet location. The property is fenced, so the dog can roam freely. On the terrace you can sit protected and enjoy the sun. The shopping opportunity is in close proximity.

Nice cozy cottage? Everything there (could there be something to freeze? Cool packs, gel ice.) Space for 4 people, fenced in front and back, for kids and animals... everything nearby, everything you need... good restaurants, supermarket, all within walking distance... great beach?... recommended...

Wonderful
The house with 2 terraces, sunny or shady, was very good. Kitchen with everything you need. Living room with dining area very spacious. Shower room and guest toilet, very practical and shower large. Double bed was good, for body length of 190 cm there were slight problems at the foot end. At the Italian restaurant, very good food and reasonably priced.

A first-class holiday home in a beautiful and peaceful environment.
Already upon arrival, we saw that someone had put thought into it. You immediately feel welcome here and nothing is missing. The order and above all the cleanliness we have not yet found at any other property. Wohnen wie zuhause
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Ferienhaus "Möwchen", das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unsere Hündin konnte sich auf den beiden Terrassen frei bewegen, da das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. War für uns sehr wichtig. Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Reise entlang der Küste. Ein schnelkes und sehr stabiles WLan ist auch vorhanden.

Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Eine super Ausstattung. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.
Durch Corona war leider wenig zu besichtigen, aber zum Rad fahren optimal.

Möwchen
Ein liebevoll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, bei dem es an nichts fehlt. Es ist deutlich zu merken, dass es dem Vermieter nicht egal ist, ob seine Gäste sich wohl fühlen.
Die Lage ist vorteilhaft, weil sowohl der Ort mit Einkaufsgelegenheiten und Restaurationen fußläufig erreichbar sind, als auch Strand und Meer.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zweites Zuhause
Zum wiederholten Male haben wir das Ferienhaus gemietet und wir werden immer wieder kommen!
Man merkt, dass die Vermieter viel Mühe und Liebe zum Detail in das Haus stecken. Der Hof, die Terrasse und das Tor sind erneuert worden, wodurch wir unseren Hund ohne Bedenken, dass er abhaut draußen lassen konnten. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar und auch das Wetter hat es gut mit uns gemeint, sodass wir viele Stunden draußen verbringen konnten. Wir haben das Haus sofort nach der Abreise wieder gemietet. Als kleines i-Tüpfelchen gibt es jetzt sogar Wlan im Haus. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen.
Es fühlt sich schon an, als ob man "nach Hause" kommt!

Urlaub mit Hund
Wir haben zum ersten Mal Urlaub in Dornumersiel gemacht, können das Haus bestens weiterempfehlen. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise war alles vollkommen unproblematisch. Das Haus ist für 4 Personen mit Hund hervorragend geeignet. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

It has been beautiful
We felt very comfortable, a very spacious house.
Everything very clean and well maintained!
Very good equipment and enough dishes in the kitchen.
We did not miss a garden. (No dog and no children with us). If there was a bathroom it would be really great.

Wonderful!
We spent our holiday here again and can only recommend this holiday home. The house really has everything you need for a relaxing family holiday at the North Sea and the location of the house is perfect. Good restaurants, shops and the sea are within walking distance. From the harbour, it is also very convenient to take a day ferry to one of the islands. Finally, it should be mentioned positively that the house is really well maintained. Already after the second holiday there, it felt like coming "home". Well-deserved 5 stars!

Wie zu Hause
Das Ferienhaus bot die Ausstattung eines normalen Haushalts, hatte alle Gerätschaften, die man braucht. Es war sauber und die älteren Teile der Einrichtung auch solide und wohl instand gehalten. Die neuen Möbel im Wohnzimmer ( Sofas und Sofatisch) waren von geringer Qualität (hauchdünnes Furnier, schlechte Polsterung, die Füllung der Polster ddrückte sich durch die Nähte) und erforderten äußerste Umsicht, damit man nichts kaputt machte. Die Betten waren gut. Jetzt, im Winter, schlug das Manko des Hauses, der winzige Garten, nicht zu Buche, weil man sowieso nicht draußen sitzen konnte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hinfahren. Für gehbehinderte Senioren wäre die Treppe ins Obergeschoss evtl. ein Problem.
